Our family of 4 spent a night at Langham and found it to be a wonderful experience. This was our second time at this hotel and the service, staff and overall experience was great. Cynthia and her team at the executive lounge ensured we well taken cared of.

Good service with free upgrade to high floor. Complimentary birthday cake is super yummy.

Breakfast buffet normal, bed with Simmons but no good with thick mattress protector and not cleaned vacuum mattress. Indoor pool no aircon operated with humid air. Snail shower in 5/f closed with button broken. Room aircon too humid make ppl sweat even set 16 degree Celsius and high cool .

Wonderful hotel! We booked a room with lounge access and the lounge is the wow factor! Not crowded, polite service and a great range of delicious food! I will return again! There is also a mall connecting the hotel making everything great!!

Met up at the plush Langham for a girls weekend! We selected the Executive Lounge access and so worth it! From the breakfast, to the tea time and fresh scones, and wrapping it up with amazing cocktails made by Rossin with a great view. The beds are so comfortable and the bathroom feels calming/spa like. I truly had a wonderful time with long time friends and could focus on our time together as the hospitality made us feel at home. The Dukes restaurant food was delicious as well! Had to rush out fast in the morning. and the concierge was so helpful getting me in a cab and telling the cab driver my next destination. Thank you for the wonderful experience Langham! We will be back!

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in Front desk staffs are friendly and the room is so big And the breakfast really delicious Will stay again

Service was so on point I booked on the day and I called in 2 hours prior to ask if they could help decorate. They delivered!! Got a free cake too. The receptionist called Anne Li was so so so nice and she even informed me that I left something at the hotel after I left. Best breakfast buffet and so many snacks / drinks throughout the day available. Will come back soon!
