Second time and surely will be the third one. Air conditioning shall be better regulated in the restaurant and corridors, it was too cold and not temperatures are relatively low.

This hotel is fantastic, and the service is exceptional! A special shoutout to Steven Wang, who went above and beyond to assist us on our first day by helping us with the shuttle bus to Hong Kong. On our last day, when the bus was a bit delayed, he once again took the initiative to check on its arrival time and location.

Great hotel for families and couples. They offer a free 30 min photoshoot with 5 e-photos free. Photographer was professional although he only speaks Mandarin. Calm and quiet hotel during non peak season.

The hotel was quite a journey from the city but its perfect if you’re looking for a quick weekend getaway! The hotel design was lovely and the views were amazing! 👌🏻

It’s my second time here and it’s still very good. The most I like about this hotel is the swimming pools (3 outdoor and 1 indoor) and the seaview. Breakfast is also very good with a lot of selections.

Very nice short holiday in intercontinental. Very nice beach nice facility and very beautiful and comfortable rooms. The best part is the new one with lounge facilities with a stunning infinity pool. We got assisted very well by Alice, she helps us upgrade our room into the lounge access one, and she did a fantastic job! Thanks! We would be back soon!

My stay at the Dameisha Intercontinental Hotel was nothing short of magical! 🌊✨ From the moment we arrived for our two-night beach getaway, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service that made us feel right at home. The hotel is perfectly situated, just steps away from the soft sandy beach, where we spent our days soaking up the sun and listening to the gentle waves lapping at the shore. The ocean views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to that view each morning felt like a dream! The amenities were top-notch, with a lovely pool area where we could relax after our swims in the sea. We also indulged in some delicious meals at the hotel’s restaurants, each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.

Celebrated my always birthday in paradise at Intercontinental Dameisha! 🌊✨ Stunning sea views, a private beach escape, and delicious dim sum made it unforgettable. I recently celebrated my always-18th birthday here lol, and it was nothing short of incredible. While the check-in processing took a bit longer than expected, the amazing staff, especially- Blue Du, really made my day special by offering me a beautiful room with a stunning sea view in a quieter area which required by me —thank you for that! The beach and swimming pool area were superb—private, clean, and staffed with plenty of lifeguards, which made me feel secure and at ease. I truly appreciated the attention to safety. As for the dining experience, I was pleasantly surprised by their Chinese restaurant, the food was delicious, and the dim sum exceeded my expectations—definitely better than your average dim sum place in SZ. (highly recommended the LaiChi shrimp ball and loster noodle, super yum!!) To top it all off, the hotel sent me a lovely fruit basket as an IHG member privilege at night, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday celebration, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!!!

The place is GREAT! Thumbs up for the pool and the beach sand... Breakfast has variety of food... Chinese & Western! The room is clean and has no smell compared to other hotels. The staff are great.. special mention to Hugo! Very accommodating and helpful.. thumbs up! Easy check in and easy check out.. My son loves the surprise welcome stuffed toy with a Happy Bday note.. They also sent over a cake and a plate of fruits.. A good place to unwind and enjoy the weekend.. Will definitely be coming back!

Cons - the kids stuff in the hotel aren't that great and the indoor playhouse leave a lot to be desired - there are no washing hand soup , only solid soap available - the aircon is very slow in opening up Pros - the pool are great and big - the buffet is good(breakfast and dinner) - the standard room are big - lobby is probably the best in shenzhen hotel Overall is good, if not great, but also very expensive among sz 5 stars hotel
