Hotel was far from city center but it was big spacious. My son enjoyed the bath tub too much. Hotel went above and beyond with a little good luck gift package for my son and a cake for my husband's bday. They even designed the bed upon arrival. My son's only concern was there was no bidet. Buffet food was really good. Wide assortment. Dinner was top notch (foie gras, fresh sashimi)

Excellent hotel with a fantastic restaurant, great location and superb leisure facilities. Perhaps most importantly, it has so much charm despite its size, making for a great stay.

Staying for graduation my son at the chinese university of hongkong shenzhen.
Location not to far and easy to go there by bus.

Reception friendly & helpful, rooms nice clean & spacious. Gym good, location is close to shops.
Only negative is there is a night club downstairs & was very loud music until 2-3am. We stayed on a Thursday evening.

It was a super nice stay especially when you arrived at the hotel at 11 pm (exhausted) and the receptionist welcomed you with an upgrade to suite.

Clean spacious room, speedy front desk. Breakfast is nice, perhaps they can consider adding more coffee machines as there's always a queue.
There are some night clubs just across the street, making it slightly noisy if the curtains drawn up. But the clubs are neat, I slept well with the curtains down.
