excellent location and view, staff is very friendly. One downside in service is that there is no restaurant after 4 pm , so you have to order food from outside. However staff (邓鄧) helped me to order from outside. Rooms are specious and the surrounding is great. However it needs a renovation very badly as the carpets are really innbad shape as well the facilities are dated.

The view is amazing!! Booked this for my nature loving parents and they love it. The only downside is that you need to climb up a flight of stairs to get to the treehouse. Which means that you need to carry the luggage up the flight of stairs too. Breakfast is very simple.

Comfortable environment, beautiful scenery in the scenic area, and good service attitude from the staff

This hotel has it all for family vacations. Tickets to the park were included in our stay. Every day were performances and it took us 3 full days to do everything the park had to offer (with a 2.5 year-old). Hotel staff was friendly and helped us constantly. Free breakfast was good. Stayed in the treehouse and it was very humid, the bedsheets felt damp in fact. I wish to recommend a dehumidifier for the rooms to the hotel. Overall it was one of our best vacations; my wife wants to come back next year with the extended family!

It has an old environment with old buildings. It was a little dirty. As a foreigner, I didn't like visiting with my family.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the cabin-style hotel – a perfect winter retreat. The views were lovely, and the staff incredibly friendly. Their excellent service was highlighted when my friends left valuables behind; the staff promptly arranged to send them to our home address. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

Our first choice’Regular Room’ was very cold with a small heater inside of it. We tried to get the second one but the duty officer was playing dumb and showing us the second layer of blankets 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😂😂😂 haha! Then, the lady manager came and very kindly offered us an alternate room in wooden house with a big heater inside. She was very nice and offered a hot coffee to warm up. The stay for kids was amazing. So many attractions are in the park beside. This compensates the old design and furniture of the hotel.

Amazing little place, nestled up in the mountains. There’s nothing like having fresh country air in the middle of the city.  

A great place to explore some of the nature in Shenzhen and many activities for children to do also, great views and services

Beautiful location and relaxing

Evergreen resort was everything I needed for our stay. It was beautiful, the exhibitions were cool and I loved the fish. OMG the Amazonian fish was epic. I loved the overall experience. If I had to find one thing to complain about, I would say that the pool area could benefit from relaxing some of its unnecessary rules and having the staff manning the pool relax a bit. The pool is beautiful but with their constant looking for things to complain about, you almost forget how beautiful the pool is and start to hope you aren't doing something randomly wrong. All in all, it was a great experience and I totally would go again.
