Very decent for a short city break ; Excellent location in LuoHu district, central and well connected with metro. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Special thanks Elsa and Frinda, they did give us a very warm welcome and support whenever we need during our stays . I will definitely choose the MuMian again for my next trips .

Service are great, staff are friendly, but location is not so good. The train station nearby is isolated and not linked to the town centre. No convenience store nearby

I had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Kapok Shenzhen Luohu. Upon arrival, the enthusiastic staff welcomed me and quickly handled the check-in process. The room was spacious, bright, and elegantly decorated, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. The amenities were soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also provided a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of flavors to choose from. Additionally, the hotel receptionist provided friendly and helpful service, going above and beyond to assist me as a first-time visitor to Shenzhen by recommending nearby restaurants and shopping malls. Throughout the entire stay, the hotel's service was attentive and thoughtful, making me feel right at home. This experience left a profound impression, and I am highly satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

The design looks trendy. The room is spacious. I stayed in a double bedroom. They had two full size beds. The breakfast was good. Have enough choices to satisfy you. The room rate is reasonable. I will recommend to my friends.

Just a 4-minute walk from the hotel to The Mixc (万象城), its location is very convenient. The rooms are impressively clean and boast a modern aesthetic, thanks to a recent renovation.

A good hotel near the Lo wu crossing, very responsive and friendly staff, facilities are also excellent.
