Ulasan Golden Lustre Hotel Shenzhen

Golden Lustre is an old hotel with a very good location. However, it needs a spruce up urgently. There is that 'old hotel smell' once one enters the lobby. The room feels damp and I found two German cockroaches in the bathroom! No, sorry this is one hotel to avoid!

Near Subway and suitable to transportation. It is too old to all equipments

Horrible bed as there is no mattress but only the wooden bedspring. Bathroom old and dirty, couch with bugs Will not go back

Not bad, will book once again, enjoy my family trip! Staff is so nice!!! LOL

All staff is super nice, we booked a family connect room, room is big but the hotel is old, the carpet full with filth, and the room smell bad.. location is very convenient, starbuck is near by there also. Those who plan to go in the near future, must think before your trip, guests staying at the hotel now will be closely screened, the staff will ask for all document of the person who stayinglikkk there, and ask for photo together, im feel abit weird about this..overall we feel I am very satisfied with the hotel, except for the hygiene, but if someone who dont care about the cleaness , this would be a good choice.

Very good value for money, discount given to me as first time guest for RMB30 a breakfast. Friendly staff and very clean.

The environment is fine, but the television signal is quite weak

It is a nice hotel with friendly staff. There's a subway station right next to the hotel which is really convenient. The room was clean and cosy. It would be better if the staff speaks better English.

交通及地理位置方便，房間乾淨，有大玻璃窗景，但房內 傢俬擺放有些古怪，行李架只用到2/3，書枱太大張，影響房內空間感，另外廁所馬桶放於企缸旁邊會好好多，因坐得好迫，早餐環境細，但食物ok,另毛巾偏黃

酒店位置D2出口，近地鐵方便，酒店裝修有點舊，有浴缸，本來訂有浴缸房可以浸浴，但浴缸有點爆裂，又有點污蔑，所以唔敢用浸浴，只能企浴，房間都有點污，如地氈，櫃有些塵，房間冷氣夠涷，早餐還可以，味道不錯，整體來說一段

近期經常入住的酒店，從沒有感覺到有不愉快附近食店林立，鄰近向西村，金光華，國貿等尢型商燙，吃，喝，玩樂多元化。

酒店地點是非常好和方便， 搭地鐵去到向西村D2出， 一出地鐵便可看見金碧酒店， 周邊又有很多美食，酒店大堂很大和美麗， 只是酒店房的走廊有些陰暗和有客戶在房間吸煙打開門， 引致走廊煙味很大，跟職員投訴， 職員說酒店是不可吸煙的， 但有客戶要吸煙，他們都沒辦法， 他們應該跟客戶說房間是不可以吸煙的， 不是說一句沒辦法就算。😔😔😔

酒店位於向西村地鐵站出口，交通也方便，同地鐵站出口走百多米就到。酒店的房間設計也相當透過光，窗户的落地玻璃可見到外面大部份的環境。房間亦算清潔，唯一是設計比較老派，空間也相當廣闊。酒店下面有酒樓，早茶食晚飯亦相當方便，樓下好像有一間火鍋店，但距離最近的購物中心有點遠。
