The hotel is off the road. Needed to guide your grab to the alley. Clean and good service. Overall recommended to stay.

I stayed one week in March 2024 for my business trip to Hanoi. A very nice and large apartment . At arrival The registration desk upgraded to a larger 2 bed room at floor 5. Comfy beds and sofa. AC works well and is silent. The kitchen is very usable. The clothes washer is new and works perfectly .... Very quiet atmosphere.... The gym is too basic and small. No swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast is average and always the same.... Fresh tea, eggs, noodle soup and fruits were my morning routine. I really enjoyed staying in Nesta apartment... Very nice room cleaning staff, very professional management desk, a seamless and comfortable stay indeed. The drawback is you need to call a taxi to reach the old quarter and other city spots. But the quality and cost are great. Highly recommended

1) The hotel staff responds to my questions promptly and they speak good English. 2) The rooms are beautiful and spacious. City view. 3) A wide selection for breakfast buffet from 6am to 10am - serves Vietnamese and western food, beverages like fruit juice, coffee and tea, desserts, salad 4) Have washing machine and dryer in the laundry area. There's no detergent in the kitchen to clean the cups. Need to get the washing powder. Overall, we have pleasant stay in Nesta - Grand Hao Nam. Feels like home.

A clean and good hotel to stay in as have modern amenities and also great breakfast. Easy to locate and going to places . Will stay here in my next trip

Căn hộ dịch vụ ở vị trí tiện lợi. Phòng rộng với đầy đủ đồ nấu ăn, có máy giặt. Nhân viên lễ tân và an ninh thân thiện. Khách đi xe tới thì trước khi lấy xe ra nên xuống lễ tân sẽ được đưa cho vé gửi xe miễn phí. Không gian yên tĩnh, nhiều cây xanh.

第一次出國旅遊住公寓型，此飯店有兩棟都在隔壁，一棟是飯店型一棟是公寓型，但是早餐都是在公寓這棟用餐，因為被司機載到飯店才知道自己訂的是在隔壁的公寓型😅！ 房間很新很大很舒服，整理的也很乾淨，但是熱水很容易跳掉沒有熱水可以使用，有小朋友的要先讓小朋友先洗😂！ 早餐不是很豐富，果汁也還好，一般的餐點，雞蛋是現煎的這個很加分😍！ 有餐廳真的家庭出遊最佳首選。 有出入的是訂房是三居室的，結果check in時告知在整修😢，變成一間兩居室一間一居室！

房間非常好，周圍很方便，也很乾凈。

酒店性價比很高，房間很大，很舒適。早餐也比較豐盛，越南粉名不虛傳門口還有一家網紅飲品店，很好喝，裏面的麪包也不錯。
