Ulasan New SuHao hotel(Shenzhen Science and Technology Park Nanshan Subway Station)

Hotel need to be refurbished. No one can clean a old smelling room. Bed was clean as i can see. From room i only have video. Can not be uploaded

Where do I even begin with the "Disastrous Hotel"? My recent stay at this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I had made a grave mistake. The entrance is at a dodgy corner without any working elevator to take you to your floor. Let's start with the room. It was as if they had taken the concept of "basic amenities" and thrown them out the window. The bed was lumpy, the sheets were stained, and the pillows were as flat as pancakes. The bathroom was equally disappointing, with a shower that barely dribbled water and a toilet that seemed to have a mind of its own. Don't even get me started on the mysterious smell that permeated the room - a combination of dampness, mold, and something unidentifiable. It’s nothing from what you see from those photos. I regretted and wished they was a way of getting a refund. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It is a prime example of false advertising and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and find accommodations elsewhere. You'll thank me later!!!!!

Would stay again. Walking distance to Nantou district. Staff does not speak english but was helpful. Best description of this hotel is passable and worth the money. The elevator door is separate from the reception desk and works with key card. Walking to Daxin and Taoyuan. Nearer the SZ bay parks and China splendid, about 5mins by metro. Futian takes about 20mins tho.

Convenient location. The service is very good. Note that the reception desk is at the roadside while the elevator is down an alley.

The hotel would be nice but whenever i entered my room it smelled of cigarettes (maybe from ac), and the pillows on the first day had a bit of a stale smell. My room also had a toilet roll left with like 10 pieces of paper. Could've been an issue. The floor looks like it could be cleaned more. Good price/quality ratio. Otherwise no issues.

Place is ok for the money. Location is good close to metro about 5/6 min. Don’t expect a great deal for the price is great and bed was decent. No windows but tidy enough. If your stuck and on a budget worth it.

房間也比較舒適，價格不貴，環境也不錯，房間乾淨，入住首選，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，離景區近，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的。乾淨寬敞明亮，設施齊全方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情效率高，基本有求必應，主要是房價實惠，住的很滿意!非常好，衞生間乾濕分離，酒店前台很熱情，服務周到。

入住瀏覽了這麼多的酒店還是選擇了這家蘇豪酒店我看選擇這裏桃園地鐵站店 中心區域的位置 酒店的大堂書架上的書是提供給客人看的 這一點很加分辦理入住的時候前台小姐姐會告知你訂的房間是有窗還是無窗的這是需要看個人的需求 我選擇了無窗靠中間的位置比較安靜辦理入住很速度酒店的安全隱患很到位上電梯必須一卡 才可以上去 我預訂的房間是在3樓，房間的衞生環境做得很到位 很細節 衞生很贊大姐都很禮貌都會打招呼 房間都是獨立的wf 網速很快.很不錯的總體來説很喜歡沒有什麼可以挑剔的下次過來玩還是選擇這家、

帶着小孩兒來深圳旅遊的，在周邊周邊比較了一下，他家的房費比較低，於是抱着試一試的態度來到了酒店。前台小姐姐服務很熱情，然後房間電梯在後麪，嗯，來到了樓上，房間裝修。簡單，佈局還可以，設施設備也挺齊全的，有各種用品。空調也很厲害，最主要的是有自助洗衣機，可以免費洗衣服，還有晾衣服的地方，不錯，，大姐每天都會來打掃，值得推薦。

跟家人出來這邊深圳遊玩的，然後在網上對比了一下，南山這塊兒價格都還可以吧，比較優惠。看到他家還可以，抱着試一試的心態來了，預訂了這家，然後先上去看了一下房間，覺得還可以才決定入住。前台辦理入住很流暢，服務也很好。我們旅遊帶了很多行李，前台小姐姐主動幫我們拿到電梯裏面看，我們訂的是雙床房，每個房間都是兩個枕頭，兩個人的用品，然後小姐姐看到我們有這麼多人，我們沒有交代她，然後又幫我們多送了足夠的洗漱用品。從這一點可以看出，她們非常細心，周到。

位置:離地鐵不遠的地方，但是有段距離哈價格:性價比還行，在前台調了房間衞生:整體比較乾淨不足:房間不是很大，窗户不大服務:前台nice，退宿後房間內落下東西，前台打電話來特意詢問。
