The hotel's location is indeed very close to Lianhuashan Park, but the facilities are too old and rundown. The bathroom ceiling had mold, and the wallpaper by the door was peeling off. Breakfast was ordered from a paper menu, not a buffet, and the staff would get visibly annoyed if you ordered a bit extra. I never expected to encounter such service during my travels in Shenzhen. I've been traveling for a month and booking all my stays through Trip.com, and this is my first negative review.

The service attitude was extremely poor. I had specific room requests and contacted customer service multiple times to confirm if the room met my needs in advance. However, the customer service kept giving evasive answers, insisting that they could only tell me if a suitable room was available after 2 PM on the day of check-in.
On the day of my check-in, I tried to contact the hotel at 2 PM, but no one answered or responded to my calls. When I checked in at the front desk that evening, the female staff member was very cold, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable!
The staff's professionalism was truly lacking. When I went down for breakfast, I specifically confirmed with the front desk that my room included two breakfasts. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, the staff told me I had no breakfast! I only managed to get breakfast after an internal confirmation from the hotel. The whole experience was terrible!
For a hotel costing over 350 yuan, the breakfast selection was extremely limited, and many items listed on the menu were already unavailable by 8 AM when I went down for breakfast (despite breakfast being served from 7 AM to 10 AM).

This hotel seems a bit old, and the facilities are a bit dated. The room is quite spacious, and the view from the upper floors is nice. The service is also decent. However, the amenities listed on the app didn't match what was actually available. I specifically chose a room type with a refrigerator, but when I checked in, I was told there wasn't one. That was a bit disappointing.

The hotel has a great location, close to the Civic Center, making it convenient to get to Nanshan District and Luohu District. A standout feature is the spacious rooms, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The room is very spacious, which is rare in Shenzhen. However, the facilities are old and the hygiene is poor; it's quite unacceptable. Even under both nightstands, there was trash, probably there for ages, no wonder there was a strange smell.

Stayed at this hotel for the Shenzhen Marathon, and it was excellent. It's not far from the Civic Center, which is the starting point of the marathon. The hotel's environment and hygiene are both great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

It's an older hotel, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the room itself was generally good. The hotel staff were very friendly and even upgraded my room for free, which offered a great view of the city's night skyline. Plus, the Chinese restaurant downstairs had a good variety of dishes, and the food was pretty tasty. Overall, it offered decent value for money.

The location is good, right next to Lianhua Mountain. Downstairs there's a restaurant, and across the street, there's a small supermarket and other dining options. Cross the pedestrian bridge and you're in Meilin, so it's very convenient for food.
Subway: It's about 600-700 meters from Lianhua North Station (Line 4), a 5-6 minute walk.
Hotel Environment: It's a bit older, so the facilities are a little dated.
Service: The service was very good, and they responded quickly. When I checked into my room, I found the door lock was broken, and the hotel immediately upgraded my room. That was excellent!👍🏻
Overall, the value for money is pretty good, considering the price and the advantageous location.

It was pretty nice and spacious hotel room, clean with nice city view.I would just say it start to becoming a bit old maybe , with bathroom shower being a bit old .Staff was nice but unfortunately no one speak any English so communication is difficult even with translator...Would be lovely to have some lobby staff speaking a little bit of English .Great price room look like some International hotel with elegant and tasteful decor like executive style .The included breakfirst was disappointing though as not a buffet or have any international features .Chinese local style but what we could eat was good and well made . So overall experience was great.

A great choice for eco-friendly travel! The hotel is powered by solar energy, and the rooms have water-saving reminders and recycling bins. The organic cotton bedding is comfortable and environmentally friendly. Breakfast features fresh, healthy local ingredients. The location near the nature park offers fresh air. While I suggest adding bike rental services, the hotel's commitment to environmental protection is deeply impressive.

The room was in very bad condition. We had to change hotels. Mold smell, very old.

The front desk staff were acceptable. I had originally booked for two nights but promptly cancelled one. When I asked a staff member for an extra blanket in the evening, I was told to simply turn off the A/C if I was cold! I was speechless. I had to call the front desk, and only after they instructed him did he finally bring it. I only stayed one night, but woke up with bites all over me, and I have no idea what bit me. The biggest issue, however, was that the facilities are extremely old. There was a strong, musty smell, making it very difficult to breathe at night.
