The hotel location very convenient, near to dongmen st (700m) and luohu commercial city (10mins). They even upgraded our room to VIP room. The customer service very nice and helpful. Room also same like in the picture shown. Everyday they will clean the room and even provide free washing clothes.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Free snacks, fruit and a dessert were nice gestures. Would stay again!

Overall, although I met with multiple hiccups during the entire stay, the service from the hotel staff is immaculate. They were responsive and understanding to my requests. Initially, during my first night, the hotel room was very dirty, hair everywhere on the floor, with dust in many different corners. I called the reception and commented about this, and they changed a room for me the same day itself, although it was dirty regardless, and I found hair in a new towel. After giving another round of feedbacks to Trip.com and the hotel, they offered to switch another room for me, subsequently to a newer room which was much better. I had several request during the stay itself and they were very understanding and responded very quickly, even during the wee hours.

The room is really cool and comfortable. The staffs are very nice with good service. The location is very convenient to go to the shopping mall. We had a great night!

I have been staying in this hotel for past ten years, the location is super. I will always stay in this hotel when ever I go to Shenzhen.

The hotel was very nice and very comfortable, it is very clean, no smoke smell! The location was close to Laojie station but it still require a little walk, the staff was very nice too. Apart from the location, i personally like it a lot, will stay in again next time, the air conditioning was also very quiet for our room, and no noise heard from the street. Overall it is very clean and comfortable. There is no small fridge in the room.
