Nice view of Shenzhen Bay from the hotel room. The shower area is surrounded by glass which can easily turn opaque with a button. Allows choice of firm pillows.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. We loved the view of the hotel, convenience, the cleanliness, their decoration and free birthday cake. However, there are rooms for improvement. All taxi or called car have difficulties to find the front entrance of the hotel as the sign of the entrance is so small. The WiFi on 53rd floor and even my data reception is not good. We are a bit puzzled on the bathroom design, as water spill out whenever we finished shower and opened the shower door

Beautiful rooms, directly located at a metro station, we received a free room upgrade, which gave us a great view over the bay and a golf course

The stay was amazing. Front desk was really helpful and helped us upgrade upon arrival. View was good and cleanliness of the room was of very high standard. Bartender was very friendly and when I said my cocktail was too sour she immediately offered to make me another one. Overall brilliant weekend experience.

The Renaissance Shenzhen itself is a stunning property with elegant decor, well-appointed rooms, and top-notch amenities. The comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and modern conveniences provided a luxurious retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and swimming pool, were also maintained to a high standard. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to Shenzhen's major attractions and business districts.
