This is my second time to stay at this hotel. Cleanliness, breakfast is fine. But it is a bit far away from the shopping mall. It takes 15 min walk from the nearby dining place (shopping mall)

I have been traveling so many places and stayed in many hotels, but your hotel service was great specially by Annie Fu. Thank you for her the warm hospitality and sincerity service. She was very dedicated and hard worker. I had received her call before I arrival to make the room agreement and during I stay her service was always there. I had shared this wonderful stay experience to all of my friends.

I wanted an affordable modern hotel for a weekend staycation and after hours of searching, chose the G Shenzhen based on the photos and good reviews. What stood out for me about the hotel was the friendly and highly professional service, the immaculately clean room/public areas, and the modern vibe. As an English speaker I really appreciated that most of the staff spoke English and that everything printed in the hotel (menus, room signage) had both Chinese and English text. I should also mention that the bed was super comfortable and that the hotel provides a “Pillow Menu” where guests can choose the pillows that best suit them from a selection of pillows! The hotel is somewhat isolated from shops and restaurants, but easily walkable in about 15 minutes. There is also a lovely Buddhist Temple and mountain trail nearby that circumnavigates a small lake. I would recommend the hotel to people who prefer a quiet stay, or for those doing business. Thank you to the manager and staff who took such good care of me during my stay - I’ll be back!
