Please note,No daily room service provided. I stayed for 3 nights. No one came and pick up rubbish and changed towels . Maybe this is Wake-up style. Location is OK. Be aware there are 2 wakeups in Copenhagen. Breakfast for 95Dek is reasonable priced. Bike rental service is reasonable priced for 130Dek per day which is quite good to get yourself around the city. Copenhagen is very flat and extremely cycling friendly city.

The layout of the rooms are like a maze, a very long walk to the room especially for standard rooms. For room housekeeping you are required to scan the QR code before 10pm for next’s cleaning.

Very happy with everything about this hotel all staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault anything everything was amazing from start to finish and the location was great

The location is very good but the room is super small. But it is enough for a single-night stay. You can pay for the breakfast at the entrance of the restaurant .

Had a good night’s rest. Location wasn’t the best considering that we had luggages. Luggage lockers available at 20DKK each.

The location is superb really in the center. The service is okay. Early check in is available if upgrading the rooms for the whole stay. The room is very far from the elevator for this type of room i booked but totally understandable.

Excellent location. Great value for money in the heart of Copenhagen. The room was clean and well organised. Good Wi-Fi. Slightly frustrating that we couldn’t do the self-service check-in but needed to wait in line. Not sure what the problem was but it seems silly to have lots of self-service desks but everyone in a line instead. Check out was fast and simple - just leave key cards in box and go.

Good central location. Tiny room and shower, small bed. Queues for check in and grumpy front desk service. Basic city hotel.

No kettle provided which is inconvenient to make coffee. Location is excellent, just in the city center.
