Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center Fumin Subway Station Qiuguo Hotel

Convenient location. Hotel is just across the road from Exit B of Fumin subway station, with many restaurants nearby. Reception staff is helpful. Room is clean and spacious. There is complimentary self service laundry and dryer service on 5/F.

The hotel is located right next to Fumin station, literally 20 steps. The room was clean and on the cosy side - it would be quite cramped if you had lots of luggage however we were only staying one night and had very little belongings so it was perfect. The shower was hot and the bed was really comfortable especially the pillow (very good memory foam!) and bed sheets were silky soft. The hotel is non smoking and so were the rooms. There is also a hotpot restaurant on the second floor with great beef, and some noodle shops on the ground floor which we went to for breakfast/lunch. The staff also gifted a cute bottle of handcream upon checking out!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my trip to Shenzhen, and I am thrilled to share my outstanding experience. My initial room, while comfortable, had an atmosphere that wasn’t quite ideal for my needs. Upon expressing my concerns, the staff responded swiftly and professionally by arranging a new room for me. I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra ozone air purifier in the new room, which significantly enhanced the air quality and overall comfort. The room service was nothing short of excellent. Every time the staff came to tidy my room, I could genuinely feel their dedication and respect for ensuring my stay was as pleasant as possible. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its wonderful room and lobby services, friendly staff, and their commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The hotel is right at one of the subway entrances and near an area where there are lots of places to eat. The rooms are not very big but are enough if you do not have big luggage. The room was a smart room. Breakfast was also delivered to us by a robot.

It was a great stay everything was good and the staff were very friendly.
