The hotel is at a superb location and the room is big. However, my complaints are about the cleanliness of the hotel. When I first arrived to use the bathroom, the entire bathroom smelled like raw sewage. This means that the pipe/drain is directly hooked up to an open sewage somewhere and the smell is emanating from there. The smell faded a tiny bit after I put the room on cold AC for about 12 hours. The carpets were not clean and had what appears to be dried-milk substances laced on them. The sink had a cap that could not be opened. So I could not drain the water from my sink. A final thing that irked me was that the hotel staff says nothing when someone cut in front me intentionally and told me to wait after I unintentionally cut someone in the line. Quite unprofessional.

This hotel is so convenient metro Dameisha exit D it's right in front. We stayed on the 2nd floor, (highest is 5) and I was a bit worry about the noise from the restaurants and downstairs, but to my surprise the window's soundproof was so good. The room was clean and confortable, but the bed was a bit too hard for me, if only they have had a swimming pool then it's all 5* from me. RECOMMEND

Great location, right beside the metro station, a few minutes walk to the beach, a lot of restaurants, cafes and food trucks around the corner. The room was very clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. The hotel had a gym room and self-service laundry. No complaints at all. Perfect for a short stay.

Great location adjacent to the Exit D of Shenzhen's Metro Line 8. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. The self-service laundry room, with LG commercial machines, is a great added bonus for staying here. Free use and they auto dispense detergent.

Arrived early but front desk was helpful to arrange a room by 1.30pm. Comfortable room. Trust in Hilton.

Great location, is Clean, and the breakfast is decent. I'd advise changing the coffee brand as the coffee isn't the item to go back for.

The hotel is situated immediately outside the metro station which makes it incredibly convenient and close to many local amenities. The room and hotel was spotless as was the restaurant during breakfast time which had many options for western guests. My only complaint is that there is no furniture on the balcony so you cannot sit out and enjoy the beautiful view.

Hotel location is super close to station and beach. Lots of food truck just around the area. Good place to stay for a short vacation.

Fantastic new hotel, just meters from the beach. The bed was super comfy, there was a mini fridge and kettle. Modern and neutral decoration. Breakfast had all the basics. Only annoying thing is the late checkin time of 4:00, otherwise, excellent stay!

The front desk receptionist - 吴叶倩 米婷婷 were very helpful. There is someone always manning the main entrance. During the stay our problems with hotel facilities such as card access and request for bottled drink were attended immediately without delay. I recently stayed in Hampton Dameisha for 2 weeks for my business trip, and I must say it was an exceptional experience that deserves a good reviews. From the moment I arrived, I immediately love their interior of the lobby and dining area. The hotel's location is near to the outlets and offers convenient access to all the beach and many restaurants. This made my business trip not only productive but also enjoyable as I could easily explore the city during my weekend. The rooms are comfortable and clean. although there is a construction happening right in front of the hotel but the noise did not really affect my stay there. Their professionalism, warmth, and eagerness to cater to my every need were truly commendable. Whether it was room service, concierge assistance, or advice on local dining options, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast choice is comfortable and sufficient for a work travelers. My stay was an experience I will cherish, and I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a truly exceptional hotel experience. I look forward to my next visit. 崴西
