The hotel was very nice and quiet with accessible beach. Receptionists were professional and helpful with great service mindset.

Although the hotel and it’s personal were excellent. I had a terrible interaction with an individual from the tour information office, which will determine me from staying again. I went into rent a motorbike, and they wanted to hold my passport during the rental. This wasn’t something I wanted to do. I noticed in the ledger there were driver’s license and international permits. At this point, I informed them that I live in Thailand and had a Thai drivers license. The individual became visibly upset. They told me that they would not hold anything other than my passport for the rental, even if they had others drivers license, since it would be to easy for me to get away (flee). For them to openly and admittedly judge me different from other customers because I don’t look like them, was a big let down. Especially because everyone else was so polite and professional.

This was such a lovely hotel, the staff were so welcoming, the food was great - so many breakfast options and the pools were fantastic. The beachfront was a little tricky with the tides but great nonetheless. I especially loved the Starbucks.

Staff and service were beyond elite! Even got birthday cake for my partner for his birthday an and upgraded us, seriously felt like super stars. Resort was quiet but beach is nice and mini Mart close. Highly recommend if you can get a good price.
