The front desk service was excellent! During check-in, they offered a choice of small gifts and were very attentive in asking about any special requests, which was much appreciated. The hotel's location, design, and spaciousness were all impressive. They even have robots delivering takeout, which is super convenient! Breakfast was plentiful. If you're driving, I recommend parking directly in the hotel's parking lot. Avoid the external parking lot outside the entrance, as it's tricky to get out of. It's very kid-friendly! They provided a children's tent, a child-sized toilet seat, a Mickey Mouse faucet at the sink, and a step stool. These thoughtful touches made a great overall impression.

Very nice hotel. Clean room, all rooms have nice golf course and lake view. Silent and relax. Staffs are friendly, breakfast is tasting good. 10 mins to Vanke mall. Unfortunately outdoor swimming pool is closed in Winter schedule. Also, hope to have handcraft class for kids.It would be great if there is golf + hotel package open to public on weekday.

It’s my first time staying in this four-star hotel. I feel the service is quite good, especially the environment, hygiene and service. The buffet breakfast is delicious. I will look for Miss Liu Shuang at the front desk next time I have a chance!

Pros: The neighborhood has great scenery and fresh air! The price is cheap and offers good value for money. This room is on the 22nd floor, and the bathroom is relatively clean, allowing for a decent shower. Disposable toiletries are provided. Cons: It's too small. The bed is very close to the wall, barely more than a meter wide – basically a tatami bed. There's no window screen, which is a shame because the air is really good, and I could have slept with the window open at night if not for the fear of mosquitoes. The biggest drawback is that it's genuinely hard to find. The complex is on a sand dune, and I had to keep calling for directions while walking to finally locate it. There are many units, and the front desk, though perhaps busy, was reasonably cooperative. For the price, it's alright, especially since it was under 200 during the off-season.

The reception checkin and out was efficient. We checked in very late and had room upgraded. Front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and luxurious feeling. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The KTV next to it sang until late at night The room was changed on the second day. The machine opposite was very loud, and the hotel windows were not soundproof. There were big cockroaches in the room😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 On the third day, there was another cockroach in the room😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 The hygiene under the toilet in the bathroom is relatively poor. Since the bathroom is not separated into dry and wet areas, there is too much water on the basin floor. Can it be covered with a water curtain?

Stayed in a very nice apartment hotel which gave it a homely and luxurious feel. The space is used reasonably. The housekeeper delivers things very quickly. I didn't expect that there is free hotel laundry service. They can deliver the clothes after they are washed. The front desk guy and girl also listened to all my needs patiently. There are robots to help deliver things. I think this hotel is really super awesome! Recommend, recommend, recommend! ! ! !
