老闆很用心的在經營這家客棧，能夠看出來，也能夠感受到。我入住的是星空房，這間房非常奇特，也可以説非常奇葩，因為它是在屋頂上用一個圓形的棚子搭了一個房間，剛進去的時候房間裏面床鋪的位置“有點問題”，因為床尾是正對着大門的，隨行的朋友説這樣擺床風水不好，會影響睡眠，所以我進去之後又把床移動了一下。另外，那個房間白天會非常非常非常熱，所以強烈建議如果想午睡的朋友不要定星空房，因為即便是開了【16度】的空調，仍然非常非常熱，而且我是12月入住的。

房間的設計，無論光線，顏色，物料配搭，都材都令人有溫馨的感覺，非常好！ 招呼很好！ 老板娘很熱誠招呼，款待了！還把我們的房間升級了，非常感謝。❤️ 食的~優質，用的~先進， 很細心，是人間的愛！？ 感到款待了！謝謝！ 其他的實景如介紹的一樣，很美，很舒服的民宿！ 再次感謝。❤️

酒店位置非常之好，附近有很多景點和食市，宵夜方便，亦有按摩，酒店裏面裝修亦都唔錯 ， 酒店職員服務態度非常好， 亦有介紹我們 到哪處食晚飯 ，但 check in的時候 安排升級到 投影及 tatami 大房, 可惜是沒有投影機的, 拆掉了的， 天台的餐廳可以 租給我們 打牌，但要50元一個小時，非常之昂貴

説實話 從性價比來説還算好 但是電視開不了 空調開大風的時候有一種滾筒洗衣機洗衣服的噪音 不得已開了靜音 但是製冷就慢了很多了 而且朋友睡上層 第二天被咬了7個包 有小蟲子 希望這方面能改善一下

Unexpected hidden gem in Luohu district. Excellent hospitality from check-in staff, restaurant staff, and housekeeping. It is our second time staying at this hotel due to great experience from our first time. This time we were a bit shocked by the lack of detail in room cleanliness. First room that was given to us was not cleaned thoroughly with brown stains at bottom of bed and floor but their staff at the front desk were very responsive and changed our room immediately. Second room had some shoe stains on window sill but it was taken care of by housekeeper the next day. All staff working at hotel breakfast were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially to our kids with food allergies. Some guests can be very loud having drinking parties inside room during Friday/ Saturday nights but weekdays are quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely go back again. Hopefully housekeeping will be more detail-oriented when cleaning.

Hotel ini terletak tepat di atas stesen kereta api bawah tanah Shaibu Selepas keluar dari pintu masuk kereta bawah tanah dan mengambil A2, anda akan melihat lif terus menuju ke hotel. Hotel ini mempunyai kemudahan yang lengkap, biliknya bersih dan kemas sikap perkhidmatan yang mesra dan bertimbang rasa Saya sangat berpuas hati dan akan terus menggunakannya. Lokasinya mudah, dengan akses terus ke kereta bawah tanah, dan sarapan paginya okay, tetapi masa hotel agak lama.

A special mention goes to ”Little N,” the hotel's innovative delivery robot. Little N added a futuristic touch to my stay, efficiently delivering items directly to my room with a friendly demeanor. This delightful service was not only convenient but also a fun and memorable experience. I highly recommend Noa Hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this hotel offers a luxurious, comfortable, and unforgettable stay. I look forward to my next visit!

I booked for 3 nights in this hotel. Very close to Dongmen pedestrian shopping street. Close to Lowu border to HK. Check in was okay. Check out was smooth too. Catherine, the duty manager was very friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed the swimming pool. Unfortunately, no section for for children pool. They have kid’s club for my baby to play which is the reason why i booked here than other 5 star hotels in the area. Breakfast is fine. The options kept changing everyday. Housekeeping is actively reminding and cleaning the room everyday.

Excellent hotel. Be it service, staff or location, it is excellent. My extra bed was placed at the living hall and we have requested to move into the room next to the queen bed. The housekeeper tried and managed to squeeze in for us. The staff at counter will greet with smile. The breakfast is nice and varieties changed everyday. Many eateries and shopping malls.The location is next to many wholesale buildings mainly for clothings. The Laojie streets is so happening every night with live streamers performance. Train is just next to the hotel, 2 stops from Louhu station. Highly recommended. If I go SZ again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

I usually stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen during my business trips for its proximity and is always my choice even for my personal trips. Even if I only swing by Shenzhen for a day trip, I will definitely have my dim sum breakfast in 香宫 before moving off to next destination. This time round, I had a last minute booking for my birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprised by the hand written note from Cheng Li - the Guest relationship officer. Cheng Li wished me a happy birthday and prepared a delicious cheese cake which was considerately stored in the fridge for me. The room is also decorated with a handmade artwork using towels which symbolized my Chinese horoscope! I am very impressed by the details and effort. I will of course continue to stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen whenever I am traveling to Shenzhen and will definitely recommend staying there to my peers!
