過去原本訂的標準大床房，然後我對比了一下位置，我個人是對隔音要求比較高的，想找一個比較安靜一點的房間，跟前台工作人員溝通完，更換裏面一點的房間了，前台還免費申請了房型，去到房間感覺整體挺乾淨敞亮的，如果跟朋友出來玩這個房間很合適的呢，真的很不錯

The hotel was in a good location for what we needed and fairly straight forward to find. We arrived very late and check in was quick with staff being helpful. The entrance to the hotel is very modern and new, however, as soon as we got out the lift you could tell this was an old building. Room layout is very strange with the toilet directly next to the door. I didn't get a good sleep due to smoking odor, door alarms and other random noises. Teas, coffees and USB lead all provided, which was a nice comfort.

Currently that areas surrounding is under construction all over but the hotel is a bit old but the reception & people there are very friendly and helpful so still an ok place to stay if you don’t mind surroundings. Easy to get food around 350m with good big grocery area/ mini mall to get anything and finally easy access to airport and downtown via metro 🚇.

We stayed here for a night between flights. It was a great. The facilities were clean and smelled fresh. The rooms were big and a fantastic value for the price. The bed was comfortable and the massage chair, the dimming lights, and the sleep sounds were a nice bonus. The breakfast buffet was adequate and filling and excellent for the price. There is even some gym cardio equipment on the second floor. Overall it was comfortable, relaxing and an exceptional value.

The hotel is so fancy and was much nicer than expected, there were a lot of hotel facilities, and the buffet is fantastic!
I really recommend everyone to stay in this hotel, will come again if we will take a flight to or from the Shenzhen Airport.

這一次行程因第二天很早的航班， 所以選擇距離深圳寶安機場大約15分鐘車程的酒店🏨， 而且酒店有提供免費機場接送服務， 雖然入住當天酒店司機休假， 要自己坐車🚗去酒店（建議酒店在介紹資料中加上 免費接送服務-除司機休假外）， 這樣房客即使當天沒有司機接送也不會有不愉快的誤會； 到達酒店時候對酒店有喜出望外感覺， 酒店🏨外觀很好， 雖然酒店沒有餐廳， 但附近都有幾間食店。
在check in 時候跟前台訂了送機服務在早上6點， 所以酒店會在5:30電話叫醒服務👍， 房間安排在6樓是我要求高一點樓層， 房間都有玻璃窗， 房間很滿意， 很乾淨又新感覺， 讓人很舒適， 而且床褥硬度是我很喜歡的， 當晚睡得很好👍， 而洗面盆在沖涼房外， 沖涼房只有座廁及沖涼🚿空間， 提供的毛巾也很乾淨及新， 空調很足夠， 只是洗頭水一般， 沒有護髮素提供， 在房內也很安靜， 沒有嘈吵聲騷擾， 酒店的送機服務很準時， 車輛也可以☺️， 酒店服務員整體都很好👍。

Hotel is situated 4 stops from Shenzhen airport. The entrance is not on the main road and it was a little hard to find. It takes roughly 30 minutes door to door including the change from line 11 to 12.
Modern outlook and clean lobby, check in was efficient and I quickly got to the room. The room is modern and comfortable with kettle available. Bed was comfortabel and I did not hear planes descending to the runway.
Room is perfect for single person one or two nights may be bit small for longer or with two people.
Great value for money and would recommend. Breakfast is available but there are also many shops around offering food 24/7.

CcheehooIntercity Shenzhen Guanggang is sort of a business hotel you would love to like after staying for a night or so. It's a pity that we were only here for 2 nights . Pricing is pretty reasonable and they had free supper everyday. If u like a neighborhood feel to the area then this hotel is suited for you as there are many local food options available. Outside the hotel is the entrance to the metro station so travelling everywhere to shenzhen is very convenient. The staff are also very attentive to your needs. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it, even for families.

BBaisedehuahuaHotel bertaraf lima bintang, tetapi ketika pertama kali mendaftar masuk, saya sama sekali tidak dapat mengalaminya. Pada hari Ahad selepas sekolah bermula, barisan berjalan selama lebih dari setengah jam, dan beberapa orang tidak menyelesaikannya selama lebih dari sepuluh minit. Saya merasakan ia adalah perkara biasa. Kemudahan perkakasan tidak mengapa. Dua batang yogurt dan penyu kecil diberikan pada waktu malam. Buah yang dihantar pada sebelah petang adalah pisang, epal, dan pir. Pinggan besar dengan tiga buah buah di hotel lima bintang selalu terasa agak pelit. Memanggil untuk menjadikan semuanya dikira sebagai kelajuan biasa dan dihantar. Pada dasarnya, terdapat aktiviti untuk anak-anak sepanjang hari, yang menafsirkan konsep ibu bapa-anak. Saya mendapat tahu bahawa kolam renang dibersihkan pada pagi Isnin. Saya tertanya-tanya adakah ia membersihkan dan menukar air setiap hari, tetapi kolam renang di tengah masih dibersihkan dari pukul 11 hingga 2. Saya tertanya-tanya adakah ia dibersihkan seminggu sekali. Sarapan bufet tidak mengapa. Terdapat mee, penkek, muffin dan makanan istimewa yang baru dibuat. JjayzycGreat facility by Hyatt located at a secluded IT industry area, but still very centralized for entertainment and sightseeing. Many attractions like the Oh Bay ferris wheel and the Window of the World are within a 30RMB ride away, and the location was easy for vehicle pickup. Front desk staff Jessica (zhouzhou) and Money were very attentive and were able to address all of my questions and problems very quickly and accurately. Would definitely recommend others to stay here if they'd like a central location to explore Nanshan and Baoan area, or even if they don't mind a small trek to Futian/Luohu areas.

For me, that’s the reason I changed to this hotel in the neighborhood (because of family nearby). But the overall look and feel is old, worn out, ready for renovation. The Wi-Fi is not always adequate. Maybe too many people using it at the same time? The rooms are reasonable soundproof. Just when people in the hallway is talking, you will hear everything.
