房間很大，空調很涼，床也不錯。還有小沙發、辦公椅、防蚊貼，茶葉和礦泉水應有盡有。酒店給我們升級了房間，能看到海，夜景很漂亮，牆上有壁畫。最重要的是很多東西都是智能的，很多開關都在床邊。浴室乾濕分離，沐浴露和洗髮水都是直接擠的。洗完後可以用衣櫃上的吹風筒。酒店安全設施很到位，衣櫃上有防毒面罩、用來塞門縫的枕頭。工作人員温柔細心，中午快下班了還讓我們吃午餐。背包帶斷了酒店還能提供針線盒。酒店位於深圳地鐵五號線鐵路公園地鐵站附近，乘坐B991路公交車到海運中心（西行）即可到達，打車15元，步行要走1.4公里。

This is an awesome hotel. My wife and I (Australians) stayed here for 3 nights. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The breakfast is Chinese but fresh and plentiful. The bed was soft and extremely comfortable. The shower is outstanding. Very clean, quiet and convenient. An absolute bargain and great quality, would definitely stay here again no hesitation.

Really nice and helpful people. Apartment had a great view, and was in a good location. Everything worked well, and there is a full kitchen and washing machine.
Only minus is that they did not have an iron, which I think is a big bummer, and also not a gym. But hey, you can't get everything.

Nice hotel for your stay in Shenzhen. The rum was big and comfy, the location was great (in proximity to many points of interest, including shopping malls and supermarkets, different metro lines, port and other facilities). It’s a quick taxi ride from Seaworld, if that’s why you’re in the area. The hotel was small but nice. The front desk checked me in but when he gave me the key to go up to my room he forgot to take a picture so my keycard didn’t work and I had to go back downstairs, even though I was tired. He didn’t even apologize. But yeah it was a decent stay

CcheehooIntercity Shenzhen Guanggang is sort of a business hotel you would love to like after staying for a night or so. It's a pity that we were only here for 2 nights . Pricing is pretty reasonable and they had free supper everyday. If u like a neighborhood feel to the area then this hotel is suited for you as there are many local food options available. Outside the hotel is the entrance to the metro station so travelling everywhere to shenzhen is very convenient. The staff are also very attentive to your needs. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it, even for families.

BBaisedehuahuaHotel bertaraf lima bintang, tetapi ketika pertama kali mendaftar masuk, saya sama sekali tidak dapat mengalaminya. Pada hari Ahad selepas sekolah bermula, barisan berjalan selama lebih dari setengah jam, dan beberapa orang tidak menyelesaikannya selama lebih dari sepuluh minit. Saya merasakan ia adalah perkara biasa. Kemudahan perkakasan tidak mengapa. Dua batang yogurt dan penyu kecil diberikan pada waktu malam. Buah yang dihantar pada sebelah petang adalah pisang, epal, dan pir. Pinggan besar dengan tiga buah buah di hotel lima bintang selalu terasa agak pelit. Memanggil untuk menjadikan semuanya dikira sebagai kelajuan biasa dan dihantar. Pada dasarnya, terdapat aktiviti untuk anak-anak sepanjang hari, yang menafsirkan konsep ibu bapa-anak. Saya mendapat tahu bahawa kolam renang dibersihkan pada pagi Isnin. Saya tertanya-tanya adakah ia membersihkan dan menukar air setiap hari, tetapi kolam renang di tengah masih dibersihkan dari pukul 11 hingga 2. JjayzycGreat facility by Hyatt located at a secluded IT industry area, but still very centralized for entertainment and sightseeing. Many attractions like the Oh Bay ferris wheel and the Window of the World are within a 30RMB ride away, and the location was easy for vehicle pickup. Front desk staff Jessica (zhouzhou) and Money were very attentive and were able to address all of my questions and problems very quickly and accurately. Would definitely recommend others to stay here if they'd like a central location to explore Nanshan and Baoan area, or even if they don't mind a small trek to Futian/Luohu areas.

MMs AnnIt takes about 10-15min for me and my family to get there on foot. The location is good especially you are surrounded by nice food! There's a night food street a few minutes walk away from the hotel to satisfy our cravings for Chinese food which starts at 4pm and ends at 11pm. The staffs in the hotel are very nice and approachable. We got a day of free breakfast instead of the welcome drink stated on the booking site. I like how the room is designed, simple, clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the welcome card and drinks prepared by the cleaning staff, she cleaned the room everyday for the room that I stayed. The staff also react quick in changing the room that we stayed as there's cigarette smell in the room due to faulty in the ventilation. The plus point of the room is we don't need the adapter for the plug, there's USB port in the room! Eventhough the hotel is beside the road, but it's very quiet. Overall, the stay in the hotel is superb and I would love to stay in this hotel again the next time!

[Gula-gula] Penampilan Lantai: Saya benar-benar kecewa. Tirainya sangat kecil, dan terdapat perancah di sisi tapak pembinaan, yang menjadikan tirai lebih sukar dicari.

ZZeethaThis is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!
