酒店位置是在鹿泉比較繁華熱鬧的地方，旁邊就是北國商城，周圍還有一些比較不錯的餐飲，購物也很方便。
每次出差基本都是住在這裏，算是附近性價比最高的地方，設施都還比較新，沒有很老舊的感覺，衞生也還很整潔，客房服務的很及時高效。
現在把旅行裝的洗護用品換成大瓶裝，但沒有提供洗手液或肥皂，沒有帶護手霜，想用個護手霜也是衹有在前台才能用。
最近石家莊早晚的温度已經偏低了，但依舊還沒有熱風，雖然把房間換到了陽面，但回到酒店的時間基本太陽已經下山，在屋裡會越呆越冷，希望能夠靈活應對天氣問題，提早提供熱風取暖設備。

因為出差辦事，朋友推薦這裏。現在都是連鎖，基本都還可以，但這裡是離石家莊市區比較遠（曾經的縣，改為區），如果在石家莊市區辦事，謹慎預訂。
房間、衞生都不錯。
但有幾個細節，希望能改進。
1.早餐在6樓，雖然6樓有提示牌，但向左還是向右，客人要懵了。加一個方向的指示，會更好。
雖然餐廳在後側，但要下一段樓梯、穿過一個長廊，一般人不會貿然找到。
2.早餐種類，馬馬虎虎，蛋員工都在那邊刷手機、看短視頻，煮餛燉的地方都沒有人。還沒到收餐時間，比如油條、荷包蛋都沒有了。不及時添加。
3.吃完早餐，想帶一杯咖啡。服務員説：這裡是自助餐廳，不能帶走。而且沒有一次性杯子。都什麼年代了，一杯咖啡都這麼小氣啊，很多餐廳包括五星酒店，都鼓勵客人帶走一杯咖啡，這是一種美好的體驗。
其他都還行，感覺這是一個加盟店。希望我的感覺沒有錯。
但禮貌性給予4.5-5分好評，這年頭服務行業不容易，希望看到了能給予回覆。謝謝。

PPengguna TetamuReally nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you.
The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one.
If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address.
No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

CChiThe hotel is a 2-floor section of a much bigger building structure. The room I stayed was clean with light decors and vaulted ceiling making me feel cozy and relaxed. The king-size bed was firm and conformable for my back. The hotel rooms and facilities are not extravagant but practical, making me feel at home. Although the location is not city-center, there is a metro station across the street. The breakfast serves both cold and hot dishes, much more selection than the ones you find in a typical Marriot Residence/Springhill suite. The hotel is tea-house themed, perfect for quiet conversations. The service was great and they tried their best to accommodate my needs, including late check-out. Love to stay there again next time I visit the city.

SShaniceCThis hotel is the most beautiful in Shijiazhuang. The landscape is beautiful and the interior is very aesthetic. The room is very spacious with high ceilings and it is extremely beautiful. The room was clean and we enjoyed the bath tub. There is also a big balcony but due to it being winter time we didn’t get to enjoy it.
The gym is great for a hotel and not to mention very clean. It has all the essential equipment for a great workout.
The hotel advertised having western and Chinese breakfast however as a foreigner the western selection is basically just bacon and some different types of bread (croissant, danish etc). The breakfast was also extremely cold for the 5 days we had it. Also there was only 1 restaurant (a la carte) open during our stay so we had to find our lunch and dinner outside of the hotel. This was extremely difficult as there aren’t many food options in this area. This was the only thing we didn’t like.

凯凯莉菜亹平I booked in just after 9pm after getting off the fast train. My host teacher picked me up from Shijiazhuang station and drove me to the hotel but we couldn't drive near, because the street was closed to traffic. We walked about 500m and my teacher helped translate at check in, as I was very tired after the long flight from Australia following directly by the 7hr train trip. I just used my passport. The room smelt a bit of cigarette smoke and the bad air quality seemed to be leaking in somewhere. I ran my portable air purifier all night. The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed in very good working condition apart from the thermostat. Despite trying to reduce the room temperature to 16-18°c it remained at 23-24°c which is too high for me. I had a boutique queen room that became very warm when opening the thick curtains. It is quiet and clean.

NNavinOverall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.

AAmerican lodging AdjusterService, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China.
If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed .
By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !
