樓裏有個KTV，一直唱到凌晨3點，房間隔音不好，無法入睡。凌晨1點跟前台溝通，前台説，2-3點就結束，酒店就知道這種情況並未提前告知，還説我定的就是這種房間。無語，提前告訴，1，不選擇這種房間，2、入住前告知會加錢換房間。一夜無眠。

PPengguna TetamuReally nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you. The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one. If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address. No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

CChiThe hotel is a 2-floor section of a much bigger building structure. The room I stayed was clean with light decors and vaulted ceiling making me feel cozy and relaxed. The king-size bed was firm and conformable for my back. The hotel rooms and facilities are not extravagant but practical, making me feel at home. Although the location is not city-center, there is a metro station across the street. The breakfast serves both cold and hot dishes, much more selection than the ones you find in a typical Marriot Residence/Springhill suite. The hotel is tea-house themed, perfect for quiet conversations. The service was great and they tried their best to accommodate my needs, including late check-out. Love to stay there again next time I visit the city.

The hotel called us when were on the bullet train home and informed us that we had left a phone behind. The hotel immediately sent the phone out to us via overnight SF Express. Thank you very much. Aside from that we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hotel is located directly on Wanda's Pedestrian Street. Street food, shops, mall, restaurants are all right outside your door. The in room carpet is a little worn out and dirty, and the AC doesn't work very well, but aside from that it was a great stay. We will definitely be staying again.

NNIZZOLI MIRCOI want to start from the welcome in this hotel, at check-in I was welcomed by KARA, the best welcome I have ever received in China, a very kind and professional person with splendid spoken English, he really fulfilled my every request for the rest, truly wonderful hotel, majestic in its external structure, splendid and elegant in its furnishings, my room on the twenty-first floor, spectacular with a view of the golf course. Spacious, elegant and refined room and everything spotless. I ordered a dinner in the room and in a few minutes I received everything, very good. Highly recommended!!

BBilly BatI stayed a couple nights. The room is large and nice. Non smoking, yet there's a bug glass ash tray in the room. Good thing it did not stink of cigarettes. When I checked in the front desk staff for some unknown reason decide it was necessary to take a photo of every single page of my passport. It felt very invasive.

Nice Place 👍 Grand lobby area with very polite bell boy and receptionist.. The room is a bit disappointed compare to the Grand Lobby area they have 🫣🫢 but is clean (The price is for the room,the grand lobby is a bonus☺️) They provide free snacks in the room everyday (fruits,small bread,milk and etc) Will choose this hotel again for the next visit 😊
