環境非常好，超五星級酒店標準，鬧中取靜，服務更是沒的挑！！！因為省公司有例會，基本每個月都要來三到四次，有五年時間了。每次都會選擇河北賓館，我打電話訂好房間，賓客關係部的郝璵璇 樑夢雨就會給我安排我喜歡的樓層和房間號，包括枕頭和拖鞋都會提前更換成我習慣的類別。來石家莊走親訪友，商務出行，我個人強烈推薦！

I had a wonderful stay at Henan Plaza Hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to key attractions and transportation options. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the high-quality service, as well as the delicious breakfast options. Overall, Henan Plaza Hotel offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

This hotel is the most beautiful in Shijiazhuang. The landscape is beautiful and the interior is very aesthetic. The room is very spacious with high ceilings and it is extremely beautiful. The room was clean and we enjoyed the bath tub. There is also a big balcony but due to it being winter time we didn’t get to enjoy it. The gym is great for a hotel and not to mention very clean. It has all the essential equipment for a great workout. The hotel advertised having western and Chinese breakfast however as a foreigner the western selection is basically just bacon and some different types of bread (croissant, danish etc). The breakfast was also extremely cold for the 5 days we had it. Also there was only 1 restaurant (a la carte) open during our stay so we had to find our lunch and dinner outside of the hotel. This was extremely difficult as there aren’t many food options in this area. This was the only thing we didn’t like.

每次來石家莊都會住這裏，因為這裏位置非常好，離火車站也不遠，基本十分鐘就到了。酒店出門左手過馬路是新百，斜着過馬路是萬象城，右手有地下通道現在天氣冷，走下面暖和點兒，地下道這裏下去就有地鐵，四站直達石家莊站。前台和客房的服務很好，這次趕上過年期間還送了禮物。以前礦泉水都會擺放在每層過道的地方，這次來沒有了，不過打電話很快就給送來。泳池現在不開放，一天五百多含雙早。 缺點: 這次住的房間廁所馬桶（自動的馬桶使用時候有吹風的巨大噪音）和空調的噪音都特別大。衞生打掃的也有點兒一般。 最不滿意的是餐廳的服務，這次在這兒住了兩天，餐廳的服務員整體都沒有笑容。今天早上去餐廳，我把菜品放桌子上，結果服務員過來打掃，鋪餐具，我看到馬上把盤子拿起來，她連抬眼都沒有看我一眼，更別提説聲謝謝了，畢竟我也算幫你減少了勞動量不是嗎？這是基本的禮貌吧，還有煮麪的地方也是一個女士，我説，你好現在有麪條嗎，然後她特別不高興的用眼睛撇我一眼，一句話沒有説，拿起一碗煮好的麪遞過來，弄得我好像吃了她家東西一樣，我不知道餐廳服務員是怎麼培訓的，但是在石家莊來説這個酒店也算高檔型的，這樣的服務真的很欠缺。

酒店位置很好，屬於河北賓館。入住房間比較安靜，工作人員禮貌，工作有序，入住很快捷簡單。 過年期間泳池停用，健身房停用。大概一共停用十天左右吧。所以入住前需要諮詢一下。 停車方便，停車可以地面也可以地下停車場🅿️，車位比較多。但是入地下車庫和出地下車庫的爬坡車道的拐彎處都有幾輛車輛停放在此處，不清楚為什麼會放置車輛在車道上。過往車輛請多留意。也請酒店加強管理和監督。安全永遠第一位/
