The hotel was really nicely maintained. Enjoyed our stay. Location is a good. It gives a really nice view of the Shimla city. The staff members like Panjak Thakur took really good care of us. I recommend this hotel.

We booked 6 rooms for 12 gents.Rooms were very good,nice valley,forest view.High quality,branded fitting material used by the hotel in terms of sanitary, electricity articles. Food quality and hygiene were properly maintained.Taste was also good.

It’s nowhere near the centre. On the day I was there it took an hour to get to the hotel from Shimla mall area which we didn’t get to see in the end because the hotel was too far away. The road leading to the hotel was dangerous. There was no wifi unless you went to the reception area which is important when you need to contact family overseas. It was cold the evening we arrived but there was no heating in the room. They wanted a fee for a heater which I refused to pay so they reluctantly included it. In fact there was no heating at all in the hotel. The room was actually quite nice and included a kettle and tea/coffee facilities and the bathroom was modern. The overall memory of the hotel was that it was cold and uncomfortable. The dining room was so cold that every guest was wearing thick cardigans and scarves making for a most uncomfortable experience. The staff as usual did their best. Could not recommend for a comfortable stay.

Very Good stay here.The Staff and ***ager is very good and well behaved. Hotel is very clean and location is also very good.The location is perfect if u want to stay in the heart of city. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

Don't choose this type of old designed hotel..not at all clean and hygienic.. very dirty bathroom..food quality is cheap and worst..no taste at all..got sick after eating . everytime noisy peoples around. one can easily hear the voice inside the room from alliway..washroom ventilation window is on common alliway side.rotten smell coming everytime whenever u are passing from alliway. Overall very unexpected and uncomfortable stay I faced..worst experience.hardly advise not to book this hotel.
