Hotel Hilltop

Hotel liegt auf Schattenseite von Shimla. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotel ist wenige gehminuten vom zentrum und bahnhof entfernt. Es gibt keine duschbrause und zimmer wurde nicht beheizt.

Neat and clean room with hot water supply and basic things, good service, humble and well behaved staff, nearest to all main attraction of Shimla specially Mall road. Though you have to climb ***y stairs but its worth to enjoy views. They provide package for tour and also provide pick drop facilities.

Owner and staff of the hotel is very good, polite and helpful especially owner Mr Praveen jee . Nice location , mall road is almost 20 stairs away.its like home away from home. Highly recommend for family

There are some problems with the hotel room. 1. Suddenly the water supply from the water tank has to be stopped. 2. The power can go out anytime whether it is night or day. There is no arrangement of candle, torch or any other substitute for lights. Rooms are not clean. Bedsheets have to be changed once a year. 4. Toilets are not sanitary and some seats are broken. 5. Whenever you come to the hotel from downstairs at night, there is no light either. There are 45 to 50 stairs to reach the hotel. That road is so smelly and dirty. People throw garbage on the way to the hotel. 6. You cannot open the windows because of the monkeys. 7. Breakfast is so expensive. 1 paratha with two cups of tea for Rs.85/-. 8. The hotel ***ager has ***y silly excuses for all this ***agement. You can feel and experience just staying there for a day. That was the terrifying and worst journey of my life.

Very very bad room service We order snacks but after 2 hour chaise we fail to get that Staff is very less please never stay in this property No one will listen your problems .food quality is very very poor
