Best experience in the hosteller narkanda. The staff here is very good. Mr. Dinesh is very helpful. Mr. Virender is very understanding and works very well. All the staff is very good. The food in the unbox cafe here is very tasty. Right now the toilet and room are very clean. The staff is very friendly and entertaining. The view here is very good, the sun rises looks very beautiful. I would like to come here again and again because the staff is very good, helpful and entertaining the property is very well maintained. The cleanliness here is very good. It is an amazing property with wonderful ambience and lovely weather. But what stood out in this exceptional stay was the hospitality by Taj staff. A special mention to Mr Sachin Sharma who made extra ordinary efforts to ensure that our stay was flawless. His eye to detail, positive attitude and personal connection made it feel like home away from home. Kuddos to his efforts and we would like to visit the property again for the exceptional hospitality. In addition, his efforts to make our day all the more special (we visited the property for a special occasion) will be remembered for ever. Highly recommended for the visitors.

The location was really nice and easily assessable. The rooms were very clean and nicely maintained. The view from the room was the best part of our stay. The service was good, the staff was really sweet and helpful. The food was good. Overall i would suggest as it is reasonable and not expensive as well. Would love to visit again!

In short it's a heaven on earth.I visited this place just a week back.the drive was mesmerizing and adventurous.location is one of the best valley views with all surrounded star properties. If you a looking over for a self healing and relaxing trip apart from crowded and overrated resorts and hotels you should definitely try once in lifetime. The property is all surrounded by apple orchards and a heavenly feel and fresh tinkling air which calms your heart n soul.I defenetly wanted to write this post more because of the courteous staff Nd their services, they serve you with a smile on their face n plate. Food is just awesome specially the fish tandoori chicken tikkas are mouth watering.overall it's a good stay with family and friends.

We finally made it to wildflower hall for a 3 day getaway after hearing only the most impressive praises and raves from our friends and family, and let me tell you — it did not disappoint. The hotel itself is nestled in the hilly laps of the lower Himalayas and offers valley and higher snow covered mountain views from every room, restaurant and lounge. It is one of the most luxurious and well maintained hotels in the country. It is a haven for couples and families alike as it offers a series of activities such as hiking, archery, nature trails, yoga classes, etc. There is something for everyone. The property itself has a wonderful spa (shout out to Sushma and Bornali for giving us the best massages we’ve had in a while with their magic hands!) and a state of the art swimming pool and of course, the famous outdoor heated jacuzzi which is always at 45 degrees overlooking snow clad peaks. There is only one restaurant in the whole hotel but the menu is so extensive and well curated - we thoroughly enjoyed exploring various cuisines everyday and were taken care of with great attention to detail by Rakshita and Shilpa during all our meals. The highlight of our trip was having a picnic lunch set up by the hotel in the forest with lunch, games, drinks and a tent for a quick nap. The moment reached the picnic spot, it started snowing lightly and it was the most beautiful lunch experience ever. A big shout out to Mr. Rahul for making it even more special with his friendly demeanour and helpfulness. A huge thanks to the Wildflower team for taking such good care of us. We can’t wait to come back very very soon!

PPratikshaWe had booked 3 rooms for our family at Radisson Kufri from 30th April to 3rd May 2022. The property is new, clean and has a lovely view. I particularly liked the lobby which had an 'old English inn' appeal to it. The rooms are well-decorated and are decent sized. After reading some reviews on the internet, we had booked superior rooms but realized that they have a 'wall view'. Specially the superior rooms in the wing which has the restaurant are very dark because they have a wall very close to the window. If you are interested in a good view, then either request for superior rooms with valley view at the time of booking or book a delux room. We had one superior room in the restaurant wing which we were slightly unhappy about. The hotel upgraded us to a delux room in the other wing the next day after check-in and did not charge us anything extra for it. Really appreciate this! I would like to thank Siddharth, Aditya, Rahul and others for ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.
Considering that Radisson Kufri is a five-star property away from Shimla town, expect the food prices to be on the higher side. But the restaurant amazed us with yummy food during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet had an elaborate spread and everything was delicious. We also tried the dinner buffet on our last night and were again not disappointed by the quality and taste of food. Special thanks to Chef Rajesh Rana for himself checking on with us about the food quality and also the complimentary beetroot halwa which was very tasty. One of the family members was fasting on one of the days and had certain dietary restrictions which were catered to well by the chef.
Some things that the hotel can improve on in the future would be to add more staffs at the restaurant during breakfast (they are already working on this). The hotel can also carry out periodic inspections of the entire facility for regular maintenance. For example - There was a bit of a leakage into the bedroom from a small gap between the bathroom glass and the wall in one of the rooms that we stayed in.
Other than these minor issues, the staffs at Radisson Kufri left no stone unturned to delight us regularly with their service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Cecil ,like our second home .Staying in Cecil is always awesome and memorable . Location is awesome Staff is very friendly and helpful Cleanliness is just perfect . The moment we stepped into Shimla British Resort, we were in awe of the lovely antique furniture and beautiful woodwork that gave the place a true heritage feel. The cozy bedrooms were perfect for the chilly weather, and waking up to the cool Shimla breeze was so refreshing. Babita and the team were always around to assist, making our stay all the more pleasant. A must-visit if you love history and comfort!

I recently stayed at koti resort, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The staff was absolutely incredible, and Monica, in particular, made my stay so much more enjoyable. She was attentive, friendly, and always made sure everything was taken care of. The resort itself is beautiful, with plenty of activities and relaxing areas to unwind. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. Thank you to Monica and the entire team for making my stay so memorable! The room was quite good . Staff was also very helpful. there are various aspects to review in this hotel. firstly, upon entering the property no parking facility was present. travellers who usually move around Himachal Pradesh, travel by cars and not having a parking facility is a huge problem. check-in was very casual. no documents or identification proofs were asked upon checking up which can be a huge safety concern. while transporting our luggage from the reception to the rooms, the journey is via a huge long ramp, and the luggage wheels get damaged in the process. also the staff were banging the suitcases left right and centre and no care was given to the luggages. there are 3 lifts inside the property and it is quite complicated for guests to move around the property. the rooms were good enough for 2 persons and the washroom was a little old fashioned with no jet-spray next to the washroom area. towels were dirty and yellow in colour. location of the property is excellent since you can reach Mall Road from inside the property. the hotel had 3 cafes and extensive menu. shisha is also available in the hotel cafe. breakfast had limited options, but quality and taste of the food was good. staff was friendly but not very efficient in room dining facility was good and we got all we needed.
