The service is excellent. When I drive into the driveway, the staff greeted me and parked the car for me. Friendly staff. The room is excellent, v spacious for 2 persons. The shower and rest area faces the sea, excellent sea view. The breakfast offers many local japanese dishes which allows us to try typical Japanese breakfast. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Nice, spacious room with Mira baths overlooking the ocean and Shirarahama Beach. Dinner was sumptuous and delicious. There is a coffee bar on 2F that offers coffee, black tea, and green tea to guests free of charge.

The famous beach in Shirahama is just one step away from the hotel. Excellent sea view from the hotel, and the service was marvelous. The girl in the front desk can speak wonderful English and can communicate with us smoothly. The Onsen was soothing and was relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, with special tatami beds which were really comfy to sleep in. There is an indoor balcony in the room by which we can overlook the view. Overall, this was a nice experience and we are looking forward to stay here again.

The hotel condition is more than we expected. It's the best that our group has been visiting Shirahama every 2 years since 2014. Valet parking is perfect. Onsen environment is good. Room is clean, tidy and spacious.

The hotel will rotate the male and female baths every day, so be careful not to go to the wrong place; the breakfast is very good, standard and exquisite Japanese breakfast, seafood rice and grilled salmon are of great quality, and I am very satisfied with the food every day; there are also free sand digging tools, flip-flops, and towels at the entrance of the hotel lobby, which is very convenient to go to the beach; the best thing is that there is a self-service coin-operated washing machine, which only costs 500 yen. The clothes that the baby goes to the sea are washed and dried without having to carry dirty clothes for the next trip, which is very convenient! The disadvantage is that there are no bath towels in the hot spring bathhouse, and you need to bring them from the room yourself. I stayed for 2 days and went back to the room every day to get towels, which is very inconvenient. There are also no large bottles of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in the room. There are only two simple small bags full of Japanese words, which are not enough. It is not very friendly to guests who take a bath in the room.

I would like to go again. The room is very comfortable, the food quality is also very high, the beach is artificial sand, the scenery is very beautiful and peaceful, the only drawback is that there is no open-air hot spring, only two small hot springs to soak in
