Hotel berhampiran Shiraz Railway Station, Shiraz

The hotel is very spacious, clean and well decorated. We enjoyed pretty much our visit in Shiraz because of this place. The food was good, the rooms where very nice and with a great view. The only perk would be that most of the staff (at the restaurants) only speak Farsi, which-is a problem For foreign travelers, at the time to order food and knowing what it’s about. The Tourist information office was great, and helped us with our flights and our transportation around the city. I recommend this place if you want to have a please t stay in Shiraz, and you don’t mind being a bit out of town.

I do not recommend this hotel. Too dirty carpet. Awful service. Awful restaurant. The bathroom was horrible. After bathing, the water in the bathtub remained for several days and was not removed. They promised to change the room, but they didn't. There were very few electrical outlets. There was no electrical outlet even next to the desk. Instant coffee was not available in the room and there was not enough tea. A heel puller, shoe pad cleaner, and sewing tools were unavailable in the room. The staff are friendly but do not care about your complaints about the bathroom or other awful services.

I was travelling with my wife to Iran for the first time. We choose to stay at Tehran Grand Hotel 1 on seeing the reviews and we are glad we choose one of the best in Tehran. We have stayed there for four nights. There was no problem on check-in and we were given corner room on 7th floor with views of city and mountains in distant background. Room was big with windows on two sides. There was a comfortable couch in the room which can be converted to bed for children if required. Tea, coffee, water bottles and few snacks were free of charge. Bathroom was the best we have seen in three different cities and hotels we have stayed in Iran during this trip with all the required toiletries and very good rain shower. The breakfast was served buffet style and have lots of choices but they usually serve same choices every day. The staff was professional, polite, helpful and well trained. Whenever asked anything everyone tried to help us in best possible way. If we come back to Tehran again we will again stay here.

Excellent location, walking distance to attractions Very helpful front desk and dining room staff. if I may only suggestion is to add selection of vegetarian dishes to the menu. Our transport driver Mr Sei was try hard to make our city tour memorable, very reliable mature man Always on time. We had a very comfortable and good stay at Sasan Hotel in Shiraz. We got the room at one o'clock in the afternoon, the hotel parking lot was available and we parked the car in the parking lot, our room was a three-bed room, the hotel was very clean and quiet and well renovated, and most importantly, it had a bathroom. The sound was not transferred from the adjacent rooms, the staff and crew of the hotel were very friendly, the hotel breakfast was served as a buffet, which was very good and complete, in general, we did not find any faults. Comfortable rooms, good mattresses, and quality pillows. The showers and baths are also good. It's a nice hotel by Shiraz standards, with a pleasant swimming pool. The hammam package in their spa is worthwhile. The food quality isn't high, but the location makes up for it, being in the old center of the city. It's close to all the historical monuments and the grand old bazaar. Plus, they have Wi-Fi. I've visited there a couple of times, and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel on both occasions.

The staff members were really friendly and helpful. We were there with our tourists for 2 nights🌙. Rooms were cristal clean. Breakfast was wonderful, including traditional shirazian breakfast. The only issue which I had was with the laundry. I didn't mention that I'm in a rush. So I received my clothes on the checkout date, which doesn't work for me. Also, the roof garden has amazing service.
