Extensive breakfast, excellent location and a mix of both traditional and modern type of hotel. The hammam services are so affordable and well worth it. You have easy access to the city Centre and bazaars.

The staff members were really friendly and helpful. We were there with our tourists for 2 nights🌙. Rooms were cristal clean. Breakfast was wonderful, including traditional shirazian breakfast. The only issue which I had was with the laundry. I didn't mention that I'm in a rush. So I received my clothes on the checkout date, which doesn't work for me. Also, the roof garden has amazing service.

Excellent location, walking distance to attractions Very helpful front desk and dining room staff. if I may only suggestion is to add selection of vegetarian dishes to the menu. Our transport driver Mr Sei was try hard to make our city tour memorable, very reliable mature man Always on time. We had a very comfortable and good stay at Sasan Hotel in Shiraz. We got the room at one o'clock in the afternoon, the hotel parking lot was available and we parked the car in the parking lot, our room was a three-bed room, the hotel was very clean and quiet and well renovated, and most importantly, it had a bathroom. The sound was not transferred from the adjacent rooms, the staff and crew of the hotel were very friendly, the hotel breakfast was served as a buffet, which was very good and complete, in general, we did not find any faults. قضينا في فندق برس بوليس مده من الزمن في شهر أغسطس سنة ٢٠٢٢ وكانت تعامل مدير الفندق جدا سيئ وأول مره في حياتي أري هذا التعامل الهمجي من مدير الفندق يعاملنا كأننا لصوص ويشكك بنا أمام الناس وهذا لا يرقى بمستوي مدير مع العلم بأن جوازاتنا في حوزتهم من تجربه لا أنصح بالتعامل مع هذا الفندق بسبب مديره We spent at the Press Police Hotel for a period of time in August 2022 and the hotel manager's treatment was very bad For the first time in my life, I see this barbaric treatment from the hotel manager, who treats us as if we were thieves and questioned us in front of people. فندق رائع في شيراز كما ان اسعار الغرف فيه مناسبة، يتميز المطعم بالطعام الجيد والمتنوع. الموظفات والموظفون جيدون جدا ومتعاونون مع النزلاء وكذلك موظفوها الخدمة يؤدون واجباتهم بإخلاص ومهنية. اتمنى على الادارة ان تنهي التصليحات بسرعة ولاسيما ان رائحة صبغ الجدران كانت واضحة في المكان. الفندق يستحق الاقامة فيه كما ان العاملين في الساونا والمساج اشخاص رائعون ومهنيون.

I was travelling with my wife to Iran for the first time. We choose to stay at Tehran Grand Hotel 1 on seeing the reviews and we are glad we choose one of the best in Tehran. We have stayed there for four nights. There was no problem on check-in and we were given corner room on 7th floor with views of city and mountains in distant background. Room was big with windows on two sides. There was a comfortable couch in the room which can be converted to bed for children if required. Tea, coffee, water bottles and few snacks were free of charge. Bathroom was the best we have seen in three different cities and hotels we have stayed in Iran during this trip with all the required toiletries and very good rain shower. The breakfast was served buffet style and have lots of choices but they usually serve same choices every day. The staff was professional, polite, helpful and well trained. Whenever asked anything everyone tried to help us in best possible way. If we come back to Tehran again we will again stay here.

The hotel is very spacious, clean and well decorated. We enjoyed pretty much our visit in Shiraz because of this place. The food was good, the rooms where very nice and with a great view. The only perk would be that most of the staff (at the restaurants) only speak Farsi, which-is a problem For foreign travelers, at the time to order food and knowing what it’s about. The Tourist information office was great, and helped us with our flights and our transportation around the city. I recommend this place if you want to have a please t stay in Shiraz, and you don’t mind being a bit out of town.
