It was one of the most pathetic experience we had in our life. Visiting a pilgrimage place and then fighting and quarrelling will spoil your purpose. We have booked 2 AC room which they claimed is the best suite they have . There were lot of unpleasant encounters we had in the best room offered by the hotel. 1. In all the bad experience worst one was that ”You can be thrown out at anytime even if its mid night”. I have booked AC room where AC was not working. When asked, staff was also not able to start it at all. They were trying to fix it till 11 45 pm - 12 am in the morning. Manager in the evening has lot of attitude and no talent to handle guests. Later, we contacted owner for the same issue. He said to his staff that ask them to check-out if they have so much problem. Then manager was asking for the same. ”Either you checkout right now or you make payment for whole stay right now at midnight”. I was with my parents and they were expecting us to check out at mid night. Manager was constantly asking me to leave the room. We were about to call the police and this is when they relaxed a bit. 2. Bad water facility. We asked for hot water by 8 30 pm and we have recieved it at 10 pm after numerous calls and that too with lot of attitude shown by evening's manager. As per them lukewarm water is good enough in cold weather. They have sonar geyser facility which they claim to give 24 hrs but it will be not used until you force them to start. 3. In case in evening after darshan you are at hotel and want to watch some show. Sorry ! You can use only free channels and can't use any other basic channels. If you will insist for that you might get 2 channels of your own. Owner is very disrespectful and so 4. Lack of cleanliness and bad bathroom hygiene. Hence a BIG NO for this hotel.

Good stay at this hotel ,the saibaba temple is near by this hotel and the property also very good rooms are very clean and fresh the staff is very polite and humble to with us and such a great stay to mi and my family Hera in hotel jk palace thank you om Sai ram

No lift, use ladder receptionist, bell boy, foods, restaurant are all satisfactory. Standard ac room omg the main room and washroom both mirrors are horrible and so useless u just can't see any thing. 1st time u should call them to on the tv and set the channels after that u can carry on
