Nice family hotel and centrally located opposite the train station with many restaurants choices. Checkin was a breeze and room was clean and spacious. Breakfast that came with the hotel stay was excellent with many choices and sufficient refills. Carpark was chargeable at 1200y per night at the next building and walking to carpark can be cumbersome for some during bad weather. Highly recommended place for those looking for accommodation in this part of the city or exploring the city.

I loved my stay at Nippondaira Hotel. It is a bit far away from Shizuoka station but you can get a hotel shuttle bus at a free of charge. You can check the time table on the hotel website. 40 min-ride will take you to the new world. The view is just stunning. If you select 'Mt. Fuji view room', you can enjoy the view from your room. There is a terrace outside of that room. Mt. Fuji is always in front of you and city lights of Shimizu are really beautiful.. I was glad I chose this hotel. There is also a view deck on the 6th floor for the guests who do not select 'Mt. Fuji view room'. It is worth the stay !! There are no restaurants around this hotel and dinner is kind of expensive, so you might need to get food at Shizuoka station area if Dinner is not included the package.

The garden is well preserved and the restaurant, Ukidono, serves high-quality traditional Japanese tea-ceremony dinner, Kaiseki. Shizuoka is only one hour from Tokyo by HIkari super express train, and this place is well worth visiting. どちらかというと女性向けというよりもファミリーや男性向けビジネスホテル。無料送迎サービスに特化しているホテルで静岡駅からの送迎ありの他、日帰り温泉施設柚木の郷送迎サービスや近場であれば要望施設までの送りなども行ってます。自分は柚木の郷送迎サービスを利用。フロントでバスタオル、フェイスタオルつきチケットを販売してます（柚木の郷で購入するよりお得です）※送迎時間は19時半～21時半と時間制限あり部屋はデラックスダブルを何回か使用。何部屋かあるのかわかりませんが、喫煙部屋だったためか窓の外は隣のビルの壁。なので少し暗い印象の部屋。しかも部屋もベッドも広いので一人で利用するには少し寂しいかも。シングルも二回ほど利用。喫煙でしたが普通に明るい部屋で、窓から少し顔をだせばつつじ通りも見え良かったです。デラックスダブルに比べるとかなり狭いですが痒い所に手が届くみたいな感じで寝るには問題はありませんでした（価格相応）朝食ビュッフェの種類はそんなに多くはありませんが、カニで出汁をとったカニ汁などもあり、主役はなんといってもマグロ漬けなのでちょうど良い感じです。同じ価格帯のビジネスホテルの朝食に比べるとかなり良いと思います。ちょっと年季の入ったエスプレッソマシーンがあり、大丈夫かな？と思って淹れたら以外にも美味しくて関心してしまいました(笑) 雰囲気はとてもアットホーム。接客業だからサービスをしているというより、この働いてるホテルが好きだから来てくれるお客さんを大事にしたいという思いが伝わってくる感じで規格化されたビジネスホテルとは一線をひいてます。創業27年という事で静岡市では老舗のビジネスホテルです。私自身も何年かぶりかに泊まり、よくここまでいろいろと工夫して頑張ってきたなーっとちょっと感動。私的にはおススメのビジネスホテルですが老朽化は目立ちます。近代化されたビジネスホテルに比べるとどうしてもハード面なども劣り、朝食会場も広いとは言えずそこへ大き目の楕円テーブル３っ並べてあり、相席となる点もマイナス点（最初、戸惑いますが何度か泊まると慣れますw）

The hotel treat guests in a weird way. They advertise to have restaurants inside the building for The guests. However when you try having dinner, they do not allow you to get into the restaurant, and tell you to look in the surrounding area for one! It does not matter for them if The temperatura is below 10 degrees centigrade and the city closes most of things by 4 PM. They argument they promote banquets for guests of the city. There were 3 banquets happening in the hotel yesterday. When you poor guest get inside the elevator, these people that are visiting the hotel to have the banquets, look at you as you are an allien, make a face like they are frighthened and turn their body to the other side. That is how this hotel treat its guests and how are the individuals that come for these banquets. Terrible experience. It is better avoid staying here or at the city. The only beautifull thing here is Miho no Matsubara, beach and Shrine. Just expendind half day is enough.

A mon arrivée à pied depuis l'arrêt de bus, le ryokan était fermé. J'étais furieuse. Après mon installation, la détente dans l'onsen et le dîner, mes tensions étaient oubliées. Personnel charmant, attentionné et serviable. Auberge proche de la pinède et de la plage de gros galets mais très éloignée de la gare. Petit cadeau en partant, tout à leur honneur. Jolie attention.

I regretted booking only 3 days 2 nights. It was so comfortable staying at Nihon iro. Staff was nice, amenities were complete. They even provided some discounts vouchers for nearby eateries. We can even enter the spa for free. Too bad we had such a short stay, we managed to spend time at the beach enjoying some craft beef with some cherry beans fries. Life was great for 3 days. Thanks for sending us to mochimune station using tuktuk. Definitely will visit again and again and again!

위치: 차 없으면 가기 어려움 무조건 차는 필요함 뷰: 미쳤음 방 들어가면 앞에 그냥 바다임 눈에 걸리는거 없이 탁 트여 있음 청결: 미쳤음 그냥 존나 깨끗함, 분위기: 커플끼리 가면 장담하는데 바로 2세 탄생임 언어: 서양형 있어서 영어 소통 가능함 TMI: 1층이 레스토랑이고 2층이 숙소인데 방은 딱 2개 있음 본인들 장점을 사진에 다 못담은 느낌 무얼 생각하든지 생각하는 것보다 훨씬 좋은 숙소임 굉장히 고급지고 편안한 분위기임 마음같아선 여름에 1주일 예약하고 가고 싶은 곳임 , 아 그리고 1층 레스토랑 가격 대비 음식이 상당히 고퀄임 나중에 계산할때 분명 놀랄거임
