Hotel Shoonah Janoobiah District dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

the check in process is not clear instructed or at same level as the one in Amman, which cause us some confusion on both parking and luggage delivery to the room. however the buffet breakfast and dinner are good offered at quality and quantity. dead sea floating at hotel's area is good experienced in early morning due to less crowd poeple as well as the sea waves. shower in the room is ok. sea view at our room s terrace is satisfied. you may also enjoy quite good sea view at lobby. the main swimming pool is quite popular during the day.

Everything was just perfect. From the moment we arrived, Wijdan, the girl from the reception, was really nice and friendly. She even upgraded us the room, and it was amazing. We saw her again at check-out, and we were really happy we could tell her goodbye and talked to her a little bit. The pools are great, big enough to swim, the beach at the Dead Sea is clean and well maintained. They offer mud from the sea to apply on your body. Omar, another receptionist, helped us with everything we needed: a heater, slippers, and anti-mosquitos device. He was really great and helpful. The resort is amazing. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety to choose from. There's nothing bad to say about anything.

ที่พักตั้งอยู่ห่างถนนหลักไม่ไกลมาก แต่เส้นทางที่เข้าโรงแรมถ้ามาถึงหลางคืนค่อนข้างน่ากลัว ที่พักมีรั้วและประตูปิดกั้นแน่นหนา มีหน่วยตรวจความปลอดภัย 24 ชั่วโมง ห้องพักสะอาด แต่ตัว control อุณหภูมิแอร์เสีย ปรับได้เฉพาะเย็นกับปิดแอร์ ตัวประตูข้างระเบียงห้องปิดไม่สนิท ทำให้มีเสียงลมเข้ามาในห้องตลอดทั้งคืน ราคาไม่แพงมากถ้าเทียบกับโรงแรมเจ้าอื่นๆ ในแถบ Dead Sea

Bad food and hospitality experience. Pool service was extremely poor and bad we wanted to order drinks from the server that was invisible and every time we ask someone they said he’s on the way !! Dinner buffet quality was terrible and I was not totally exhausted this from Marriott cheap ingredients and wrong taste. Breakfast was not even having the normal large food variety that’s other Marriott hotels usually have we wanted to refill our plates and one of the servers just clean up our table and we didn’t know where to sit again so rude and embarrassing because another family took our table unprofessional. Entertainment band songs was so bad and not the right songs for the current vibes songs was just so sad not that types of songs that will make you dance i thought I was at a funeral or something. One guy from the reception ask us how’s your stay and we explained everything to him and he didn’t even care or apologize to us he said nothing so unprofessional and rude his name by the way is Yazan. Overall beautiful facility and bad service !!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una sola notte, sono pienamente soddisfatta, la camera era ampia pulita superaccessoriata con tv, climatizzatore e kit completo per un te caldo, con un piccolo balcone che dava sulla piscina, a pochi passi a piedi c'e' l' accesso privato al mare dove ci sono lettini, ombrelloni, teli e fanghi messi a disposizione dell' hotel per i clienti ,si puo' inoltre usufruire delle varie piscine all' interno del complesso e' stata un ottima scelta per una breve pausa durante il mio viaggio in Giordania.
