Hotel 2 Bintang di Short Pump

Looked like a nice quiet hotel to break up a long drive and get some sleep. Was given room on 2nd floor above the meeting space. A party with a very loud dj and guests was going on when I checked in at 10:30. I went to my room and it sounds like a night club, bed shaking to the bass, can hear every beat and every word. I asked the desk what time it would be over, was told 12:00. I came back down at 1:15 and asked if I could switch rooms to other floor or other end of hotel as it was louder than ever, was told I could but would have to pay more because all they have left is a suite! I’m checking out at 7:00 am! Wish I would have known not to stay here on a weekend! Stay away!

Customer service was good. This is a 2 star hotel so no big expectations. Room was clean, bathroom was a little run down and there was some mold in the shower. ”breakfast” was a let down with just a few pre-packaged selections to go.
