The experience at Hotel Sheraton in Santos, SP, left us utterly disappointed. Despite its promising location near the beach, shopping, and restaurants, our stay was marred by a series of frustrating incidents. Booking through the Marriot Bonvoy app, we were misled about the payment process, as we had to pay at the hotel despite having paid through the app. The room reservation added insult to injury; expecting two queen beds, we were provided with a king bed instead. The inconvenience extended to the parking situation, where not only did we have to pay for parking, but also rely on hotel staff to retrieve our car, as guests were not permitted in the parking lot. The check-out process was a debacle, with the lobby's customer service displaying a baffling lack of awareness. Despite my proficiency in Portuguese, the staff struggled to comprehend the situation, adding unnecessary delays. Compounding the issues, not only did the lobby customer service exhibit a clear disregard for communication, but as someone fluent in English, understanding what they were trying to convey proved to be an arduous task. Considering the hefty price tag of the room, the breakfast's simplicity was a letdown. As someone who frequents Santos, I've decided unequivocally that Hotel Sheraton won't be on my list for future stays. The overall experience was far from the standard one would expect from a reputed hotel chain, leaving us with a bitter aftertaste that overshadows any positives the location might offer.

PPengguna TetamuBoa tarde. Eu e meu marido gostamos muito da estadia, firam 3 dias maravilhosos e deu pra curtir bem. Gostamos de tudo, desde acomodação do quarto até espaço de lazer. Quarto com cama confortável e lençol acho q é 400 fios....kkkk muito macio, dormir 😴 muito bem. Café da manhã tinha de quase tudo um.pouco, atendente sempre solícita. Gostei muito do Bar da piscina tbm, preço justo e tudo q pedimos veio no capricho, gin, caipiroska e porção de contra file e tiras de frango empanado, delícia, bem crocante , e bem servido. Quero parabenizar pelo atendimento bom e descontraído e Bem humorado dos funcionários (APOLO E BIANCA ) BAR E do senhor JOAO q nos ajudou com as bagagens até o carro, muito prestativo. Quero voltar mais vezes 😁🫶🙌👏 Amamos a piscina tbm. Obrigada

Hotel muito bem situado próximo a Av.Ana Costa e perto de 3 shoppings... Fica 3 quadras da praia do Gonzaga Canal 2... Hotel muito charmoso...Funcionários educados é solícitos. Quarto bem amplo e decorado com Sala e sofás amplos,com mesa é cozinha funcional Duas TVs sala é quarto e sacada confortável. Tem ar condicionado na sala e quarto. Chuveiro sensacional... O café da manhã bem simples:Queijo e presunto,2 tipos de sucos,3 tipos de pães e 3 tipos de bolo,3 tipos de frutas,cereais... Café da manhã básico...Único ponto a melhorar. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar novamente sem problemas... Hotel foi uma grata surpresa.

Hotel is really well located and close to the beach! Service is great and great room with sea view! Close restaurants where you can enjoy during the day and night, you have the option to choose between lot of cuisine as you have Mexican, kind of English pub style nearby and Japanese and Lebanese, all located in walk distance by the street side of the hotel(Rua Tolentino Filgueiras) you will find all there. Well worth it!

PPengguna TetamuPassei apenas uma noite porque fui visitar o mirante homônimo que fica bem perto. O café da manhã é bom e variado, mas não vi suco natural nem detox. Assento simples do vaso quebrado destoava do bom banheiro com box. Colchão confortável que não fazia barulho ao se mexer. Atendimento, limpeza, frigobar, ar condicionado e wi-fi bons. Diária de última hora e não reembolsável pode ser mais barato. Muito frequentado por trabalhadores com seus uniformes, alguns já com suas mochilas que comem rapidamente de manhã.

Booked this using the Accor website as we stay in Ibis and their associated hotels around the world and are members. We’d just come from a São Paulo Ibis which was brilliant. Not so here. Firstly, the rooms are similar sized but weirdly laid out with the bed against the wall one side. The TV (which we didn’t use) is against the other side wall. Quite how on earth you’re supposed to watch tv from your bed is beyond me. Also, in São Paulo we had Netflix. Not available here I’m afraid. There’s no mattress protector (or on the pillows) on the mattress so the bedsheet sits directly on a mattress which someone else’s sweaty body’s been. Unhygienic I’m afraid, I didn’t look because I wouldn’t have been able to sleep on the bed if I’d seen anything horrible. We didn’t sleep on this but slept on top of the duvet on the bed. The duvet cover had a rip in it on the top. The bedsheets; supposed to be white are grey. We booked for 3 nights just to see what Santos was like and thought we’d book more nights if ness. Asked at reception and receptionist said we could have Friday night for 260reals but she’d go and check whether Saturday and Sunday was available. She came back and showed me a price. It seems that within the matter of 5 minutes the price for Friday night had doubled and the Saturday night had gone to 650Reals. We told her no thanks and found somewhere else on the seafront. The front reception area is unkempt as is the front entrance. I’d like to say the staff are cheery and welcoming but I can’t. After the negative above, the room is clean and is cleaned daily.
