絕贊！酒店服務好，我到店後還沒到check in的時間，寄存了行李，等我回來的時候，酒店人員已經將我的行李送到房間裏了，這讓我感覺很不錯，還給我升了房。酒店還有游泳池，泡湯，桑拿房，都是免費體驗的。房間裏mini bar裏的飲料都是免費喝的。房間景色當然不用説啦，開窗就能看見夢幻山坡！臨走的時候，前台還送了酒店巧克力！服務超級棒的。下次來還住這家！

It is a hostel so you should expect what you paid for … over all the front staff Julian and Isabelle were the nicest, the lodge is just a doorsteps to the Grindelwald Terminal … there is a transport village bus card which the front desk will give you so that you can use this to go around the Main Village and just right around Grindelwald ..
— the bad side, in mixed dorm the room is very tiny for 6beds it’s not really very comfortable specially when someone walking around with his boxer shorts 😞 … the facilities are pristine but they don’t provide towels in room you have to ask this in front desk - it’s the cheapest place in town but it’s the loveliest the bar grill is so relaxing while sipping with your ginger ale … the breakfast can’t complain it’s all delish with all those bowls of yogurt and freshly brewed coffee yum

NNova XuNice mountain view from the room, but the room is not big. The hotel located 10 mins walk from the Grindlewald station and 2 mins walk from the First Bahn to go Grindlewald First. The breakfast is nice but it’s only open at 7am hence it’s quite rush if you have early activity which you have to leave the hotel early e.g to go to Jung frau.

Decent breakfast but decent room size. Location location location, look no further if location is your number one choice while the hotel itself is clean and service is acceptable.

PPengguna TetamuThe rooms are good and upgraded. I booked a beautiful room and was put on the 2nd floor with an unobstructed view but the view was good not the best. I found this hotel cleaner than the others we stayed in in Switzerland. The front desk wasn't very helpful I found rude people, also we waited about 20 minutes at the bar before I had to get up and get someone's attention. Well located in front of the train. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

VViki JVery quiet and beautiful hotel. It is very convenient if you drive by yourself, but it may be a bit hard to walk if you drag your luggage by yourself. I like the balcony outside the room the most. As soon as you open the door, you can see the snow-capped mountains opposite. The breakfast is also great and the service is very good.

JJingqi YanTo get to the hostel, you will need to climb the steep hill. Therefore, if you carry luggage with you, it's better to get there by bus. However, it is totally worth it because the view is magnificent and breathtaking! The hostel serves nice food and good service. I can even enjoy the whole day watching the mysterious village from the hostel.

LLife is AmazingThe staff are all very friendly and helpful.
They are very patient to answer all our questions and assist us to book the ticket to the Jungfraujoch.
Breakfast was nice. We have our dinner at their restaurant as well. The food was great, we were very much enjoy it. I love the onion soup. Of course, the waitress also very nice.
Our room have the balcony, we have a nice Eiger view with just in front of us. Super!

PPengguna Tanpa Nama스위스 여행에서 저를 울고 웃게 했던 숙소입니다 :) 먼저 시설만 보자면 생긴지 얼마 안 돼서 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 엘리베이터도 있고, 주방도 사용가능한데 식기며 기기며 거의 없는 게 없었어요. 요리하는 데 전혀 문제가 없었고요.
위치는 그린델발트 역에서 걸어서 가면 매우 멀고요, 버스타면 가까운 거리입니다. 🌟첫날 짐들고 걸어서 간다는 생각은 일단 버리세요.🌟 절대 짐들고 올라갈 수 없는 수직 하이킹입니다. 버스 시간 꼭 확인하셔서 타고 가시길 바라고요 (SBB 어플 사용하시면 편합니다) 숙소에서 그린델발트 게스트카드 주니까 공짜로 버스타실 수 있어요. (저는 융프라우VIP 쿠폰이 있어서 사용하진 않았지만요.)
제가 울었던 이유는:
1) 도착하자마자 아무도 없어서 전화걸며 1시간 가량 기다렸으나 아무도 받지 않고 오지 않음, 묵는 분들이 있어서 겨우 로비에서 기다림, 노트북에 다른 번호가 있어서 전화 걸었지만 받지 않음.
2) 기다리던 중 한 남자분께 전화와서 다짜고짜 왜 전화했냐고 함. 체크인 하려고 한다고 하니 오늘 풀 북킹인데 무슨 소리하냐고 함. 내 예약번호 알려 주니 일단 알겠다고 했고, 후에 밖에서 뛰어들어오시면서 여권달라고함. 미안하다는 말은 한 마디도 하지 않았음. (여기에서 매우 화가났습니다.) 어쨌건 결론적으로는 트립닷컴에는 예약 내역이 있지만 본인의 시스템에는 없다면서 제가 그걸 확인해 보게 하고, 방이 없으니 본인이 어떻게든 해보겠다고 함. 근데 태도가 미안해서 어찌저찌 해보겠다는 태도가 아니라 나에게 짜증을 내는 듯한 태도였음.
3)결국 매우 어렵게 방을 만들어 주었다는 듯이 생색내면서 방키를 주었고 우리는 1시간을 기다린 것에 대해 미안하다는 말도, 어떤 보상도 없는게 매우 억울했지만 빨리 방에서 쉬고 싶어서 키를 가지고 올라왔음. 근데 사진에 있듯 테라스가 없는 방을 줌... 분명 내가 결제한 방은 예약화면에 테라스가 있었고 난 그것만을 생각하며 예약한 거라 따지러 갔더니 내가 예약한 방이 그 방이라고 함.
(분명 방을 만들어서 준거라고 했는데 내려가서 따지니 그 방이 원래 배정할 방이었다고...)
4)그러면서 ’부킹닷컴‘ 예약화면 사진을 보여주면서 그 방은 테라스가 있을수도 있고 없을 수도 있다는 걸 펄펄 뛰면서 강조하는데, 문제는 나는 ‘트립닷컴’에서 결제했고, 트립닷컴에서 내가 예약한 타입의 방의 사진은 모두 테라스가 있었음. 그렇게 얘기하니 엄청 화를 내면서 무료로 취소해 줄테니 마음에 안 들면 나가라고 함.
솔직히 말해서 난 이 말이 매우 협박으로 들렸고, 그 남자의 태도에 겁을 먹어서 나에게 혹시나 해꼬지를 할까 겁날 정도였음. 내가 여자고 아시안이기 때문에 이렇게 위협적인 태도로 말하는 걸까라고 의심하기도 함.
[나는 이사실을 부킹닷컴 고객센터에 알렸고 지금은 내가 선택한 방 예약화면에 테라스가 없는 방 사진도 포함되어 있는 걸로 바뀜]
아무튼 이러한 이유로 매우 화가나고 울적한 상태로 스위스 여행을 시작했네요. ㅠ ㅠ
이 방은 테라스가 없고 구글 후기에 누군가 남긴 것 처럼 나무뷰 입니다... ㅋㅋ 다음에 다시 간다면 이 방이 걸릴까 걱정할 바에 그냥 한 단계 위 방으로 선택할 것 같긴하네요.
그리고 화장실과 욕실이 같이 붙어있는 데 그걸 3개의 방이 같이 쓰는 구조였어요~ 참고하세요.

LLun TaiWe had a wonderful 3 days and 2 nights at Jungfrau Lodge. The staff free upgraded us to the room with a mountain view. We stayed at the opposite of the main building which can see through the whole Grindelwald with a nice view. This is the best stay ever throughout our trip in Switzerland. We strongly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

TTravel bear around JapanWe are staying in Grindelwald for a couple of days and we spent one night in this hotel.
The location is a bit far away from the train station and it’s exhausting to carry heavy luggage over the slopes between station and hotel.
The price is reasonable and the balcony view of Eiger is stunning. The hotel looks quite old where no ventilation system can be found in washroom. Wi-Fi signal is poor and we were unable to connect it in the room.
We appreciate the breakfast as the food quality is good but seems the number of staff is limited. They are required to work in the reception for check in/out enquiries and at the same time busy rushing to the breakfast area to clean up the tables and food.
