The guesthouse is located a moderate walk from the city centre but you can take the tram (if you can negotiate the faulty ticket-purchase system). Owner is friendly and helpful. Guests may use the kitchen to prepare breakfast etc. The place is clean and the wi-fi works.

AAtisorThe location is great and near the street food market as well as the bus station. Nearby is the library, quite peaceful and chill. The place is very clean, comfortable, and quite spacious Shower gel, shampoo , hair conditioner and lotion was provided. Highly recommended.

Best way to describe this hotel is it is functional, not fancy. Everything you need for a short stay is available and they do advertise the rooms as ”industrial” look (i.e. unfinished ceiling). Check-in is only available via kiosk even if an attendant is available at the front desk. The elevator is 2-door style. WiFi connectivity was reasonable and TV was operational. Convenient that a small table with chairs is in the room and overall was spacious enough for 4 of us. Pros: free parking - close to many supermarkets and also the mall Cons: the curtains do not block out the sun sufficiently. Given the long the sun is up in summer, we had to improvise and clip the curtains together to get any blackout effect. For our specific room, the bed sheet had a stain on it (looks like it remained from an earlier wash). For a quick bite, try the Pølsevognen Viby Torv in the park across the street.

林林安迪I arrived in the afternoon really exhausted, but the staff at the counter was very accommodating. The room interior is well lit and cozy too. Also the distance from the train station is around 200 meters, making it great for travelers looking for a quick night stay.

IizzymengThe hotel is located right in the centre of the old town of Aarhus, a stone throw from the Domkirke. There is no off-street parking available but you could always use the Navitas car park or even the amazing Dokk1 Parkering in the docks. The handsome stucco façade stands out in the locality and the owners took great care in tastefully decorating the interior of the building, that includes its historical elevator, wall paintings and the reception area. Therefore, it’s a bit of shame that the same has not been extended to ensure the comfort of its guests. Our Standard Room was overlooking the main square but it was rather dark and not very spacious, with a classic décor. The lighting was limited with the main switch not working – side lights had to be turned on individually. There was precious little storage space as only about a third of the wardrobe was available and no other appropriate closets/drawers around. There was a rather high step between the bedroom and bathroom, just ideal for tripping on, in the dark! The bed was quite uncomfortable, with a very thin foam mattress and topped with a smallish duvet. The TV set was on the side of the bed (!) and programmes were only available if you had a suitably tuned smartphone device. We’re all for the options being offered to tech-savvy travellers but surely there has to be easier access for those guests who are less clued-in? The bathroom was of standard size, with a walk-in shower. The hairdryer had to be plugged in by the mirror, above the bathroom sink (there was literally nowhere else to do so, with a mirror!), so not quite sure about the safety aspect of such an arrangement. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. There was a safe-box but it was not working despite the valiant efforts of one of the receptionist. WiFi signal was good. Tea and coffee facilities were offered as well as a frugally stocked minibar. No free water was available. The breakfast was quite limited with a minimal selection of cold dishes and even less cooked food, available. The bread was very tasty. The hotel doesn’t provide dinners. The staff in the reception and the breakfast room were very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. They couldn’t do enough for us and always responded with a smile. Overall, it felt like the hotel has lots of potential although lots of that seems to have been squandered on half-baked ideas. Good enough to stay in as long as you don’t expect fireworks.

PPengguna TetamuThis Hotel is a typical low budget hotel with small rooms, but everything you need is there. Location is very good but of course you will hear some noise during the night - especially in weekends. The room was clean and the reception staff was very welcoming and service minded. Breakfast is also OK value for your money. Only minus is that you cannot reserve a parking in advance and when we arrived the parking was full but we found rather expensive parking on the street outside.

After Arriving in Denmark from Vietnam for a business trip, this hotel was a stone through from the office where I was going to be spending the next 10 days in Aarhus, Denmark. The Hotel is modern, functional and clean, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect, the staff were always attentive and my overall experience during my stay was excellent. The hotel is somewhat outside of the town of Aarhus, but a small frequent train/tram service is literally a few hundred meters walk from the hotel... the hotel as a small bar where you can enjoy a nice cold pint of Danish Beer!!!

CCPerfect location, but the hotel is kind of old. They did a decent job to keep the room clean, but it had an old smell, particularly the toilet. I would say it is suitable for short stay only. The staff is nice tho.

Jeg havde håbet på et værelse der ligger i de øvre etager, da jeg føler mig mindst forstyrret, men desværre var der udsolgt så jeg fik et værelse i stueetage, hvilket var træls, da gæster går forbi værelset og kigger ind hele tiden. Så der ikke så meget privathed ved værelset. Jeg synes værelset manglede en hårtørrer og elkeddel, og måske en aircondition eller lignende i de varme dage. Morgenmad var fin. Der kunne godt have været flere muligheder.

3 night couple stay for leisure, wyndham diamond; first time staying at a comwell property and while i was excited to do so given the glowing things i've heard about the brand, not sure i'd do it again. checkin was very uneven and uninformative, borderline useless. thankfully, sabrina very much picked up the ball the next day and filled in lots of gaps left from the prior day's debacle. the room was on the smaller side with the smallest ”closet” i've ever seen (maybe room for two hung items of clothing, if that). bed was comfy and bathroom was a decent size, however no hand cream. property includes two gyms (identical, i believe) on different floors. both equipped ok but neither had wipes, yikes. parking situation is wild (very small lot in the building, overflow lot in a separate building ”across the street”)
