Hotel Terbaik di Seogwipo-si dengan Spa

It’s a great hotel for a staycation with kids. The (indoor/outdoor) pool is fun and the theme park is a good way to entertain them for a few hours. The rooms are lovely and my kids think the TVs in the bathtub are amazing. The restaurant selection isn’t huge but is adequate and fairly diverse. The few things I would say: 1) the pool is free to guests, but you have to book it and can only go once a day. You can’t eat inside the pool area and if your kids need a snack - tough luck. You can’t return. Bit chintzy. 2) the surface of the shallow kiddie pool outside I guess is meant to look like a beach but it’s very painful and sharp. So, no one uses it - especially kids. It’s a pity because then there’s really only a kids pool inside. They need to take the time during the winter to resurface that one little section. It was a bummer for my youngest. 3) it’s ridiculous to charge kids 35K for breakfast when all they eat is a bowl of cereal. I regret that and would just grab breakfast at one of the many cafes or bakeries under the hotel - just as good for 1/4 the cost. The breakfast is nice but a rip off unless you are able to gorge yourself. 4) I wish they’d made some small gesture for my daughter, as they knew we were there for her birthday weekend. Even a small gesture would have made her so happy. I do like the hotel overall, though, and these are just things to make it even better.

Pintu pancuran dan tandas legap, jadi agak membebankan (tetapi saya tidak keberatan kerana ruang dipisahkan dari tempat tidur dengan dinding besar)

Overall seems like a nice hotel but cleaning is not good (as in almost every hotel in South Korea I visited this time). The shower (white holder box-like thing) had black mold underneath it. Sink had yellow stains which means that it is not cleaned as it should be. Plastic from the base of bed frames is peeling off and plastic bits prickle your feet when you put them down from the bed- it is time to get a new bed bases. Apart from cleaning everything is good - lobby is modern, has vending machines to buy necessities, location is good but could be tough for some people to get to it (located at the bottom of a very steep hill). There are various places to eat delicious food (traditional Korean banquette menu, chicken, sashimi etc) within 5 minutes of walking. Free water bottles were provided every day. There is also open rooftop with jacuzzi (entrance is free, jacuzzi needs to be booked and payed in advance). Upon checking in they also ask for deposit (was asked just for a card number).

When I checked in, the staff was not welcoming at all and it took a while (15mins although there was no line at the lobby) to get help to check in. And then at check-in we were told there would be an issue with the AC because of the warm weather (like 90F definitely not 100F) and if water drips from the AC and the ceiling around it so much they will bring the towel to the room and the situation will be better at night. I was frustrated but at that time, my family and I were already so exhausted and it was obviously too late to change the plan with all hotels in the area booked out in advance. And yes the THE WHOLE FLOOR WAS FLOODED EVEN DURING NIGHT and I needed to request bunch of towels several times and kept wiping the floor. And WORST PART WAS THAT THE ROOM WAS NOT BEING COOLED IN SUMMER NIGHT. I paid like $700 per night to stay there. This is not the service I expect paying like this. And if room has a serious problem, they should have given me different room or let me know in advance so I can cancel booking. I sent an email to them after coming back from vacation and they KEEP SAYING it's NATURAL to have that issue (Come on. I have never had that issue in my life no matter how warm it is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They should have maintained facility better and if there is an issue, they need to fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). According to them SINCE ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS UNDERSTOOD THAT (so what??? should i just shut up crying????) they cannot do any action. They offered they are going to send a small gift (what gift???? name it!) if I agree or in the future, if I stay there there will be some discount (of course I don't want to stay there in the future). This kind of customer service attitude is not expected even from a mass market producer, not to mention the hospitality industry. The A/C problem and the way the hotel has handled it has ruined my family reunion and I highly recommend to avoid this hotel at all cost.

Facilities were neat but much smaller than expected compare to other 5 start hotels (since it was a resort). They have great restaurant for dinner, very much enjoyed. My room was supposed to be a ocean view, however due to construction, it was literally construction view with much noises through out the two nights stay. In addition, I got unknown skin allergy as soon as I entered the room near my belly area, and got so much worse after taking shower from the room right after I noticed the skin irritation. The irritation and itchiness got worse after having dinner from the restaurant located in the hotel, I could not get sleep at all first night. Second night, the allergy got spread all over my chest, neck, belly and even through my limbs right after I took a bath in my room. Since I don't know the exact root cause of this allergy, I won't blame Toscana, but unfortunately, this was not a pleasant trip for me, I will not visit Toscana, never again.

Endroit charmant avec des jardins magnifiquement décorées, des chambres raffinées et propres. Le petit déjeuner délicieux et typiquement Corée ! A essayé ! Au niveau des activités, autour de l’hôtel il y en a plusieurs comme le Daepo Jusangjeolli Cliff ou la cascade de cheonjeyeon. Cependant l’hôtel est a 30km de l’aéroport, un bus s’arrête devant l’hôtel mais je conseil d’avoir une voiture, sans il est très difficile de se déplacer sur l’île jeju. Agréable séjour sur cette île 🌴 👍

제주 서귀포시 신시가지에 있어서 어디로든지 이동이 편합니다. 제주 월드컵경기장과 이마트가 가까워 장보기가 편하며 동서남북 방향 어디든 이동이 편리합니다. 조금만 걸어서 내려가면 일반 버스,공항리무진 버스 등 교통편도 편리 합니다.

Persekitarannya baik, tetapi biliknya mengecewakan. Mungkin terasa seperti itu, kerana di sinilah saya pergi setelah pergi ke Myth World Somerset. Biliknya terlalu lama Tidak kira bilik, jika anda ingin melihat kawasan sekitarnya, saya mengesyorkannya.

Hotel Suite May Dekat Kompleks Kerajaan Seogwipo 2 Menginap selama dua hari berturut-turut ... Saya memilihnya kerana lokasinya. Meja depannya ramah dan bagus, tetapi penghawa dingin tidak berfungsi dengan baik. . . Lazimnya penyaman udara mematikan suhu yang ditetapkan ... Saya ingin menunggu beberapa saat sebelum menjadi panas ... Adalah normal untuk menyala secara normal ... Penghawa dingin di sini tidak menyala tepat pada waktunya. .. Sudah dihidupkan, tetapi dikatakan bahawa kelajuan tindak balas sangat perlahan ... Mari turunkan suhu terlebih dahulu ... Selain itu, tidak buruk ... Saya pergi untuk menyesuaikan suhu beberapa kali dalam dua hari terakhir. . . Saya mahu mengelakkan musim panas. Lokasi yang baik, hotel yang menjimatkan
