PPengguna TetamuI came to the Crown Plaza, Nottingham for a conference early June. The hotel itself was nice, modern and comfortable. My room was not adequately cleaned as there were hairs in my shower upon arrival, unreplenished hygiene products in the bathroom and the toilet uncleaned. The room Itself was small, but fine for sleeping in. My TV did not work, but as it was one night this wasn’t a bother. The breakfast and lunch were great, formal dinner however was awful and poor, not worth paying for. Servers were unversed in allergen training, and the allergen and dietary requirement food options were awfully poor. The manager on duty however, was apologetic and wonderful. The best thing about this hotel was the staff (excusing F&B teams poor allergen training and food options). Particularly Abigail, Malakai and Zak on the bar who were so warm, polite and accommodating. Wonderful service throughout and a credit to the team. Thank you three.

JJulieThe hotel was lovely, The staff were very polite. The cleanliness was spot on. The breakfast is highly recommended. The room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. Their executive suite had a beautiful bath and shower with all towels and other supplies that are needed for your stay including Iron and hair dryer and if you have forgot anything for example a toothbrush they will supply you with these items with there compliments. There is tea and coffee also a ground fresh coffee maker and a mini bar in the room that came with 2 bottles of water and a chocolate bar.The hotel has a gym which you can use between certain hours. You can hire rooms there for meetings and other events. If you are staying as a family my only advice is to ring ahead and make sure that there is a bed for your child because I booked for 3 of us and we did have to share a bed luckily it was us 3 girls myself, my daughter and my niece. The bed was very big so it was suitable it does state on trip they recomend to ring and check if you are unsure so you can get the best out of your stay.

MMorrighaniThis hotel is just a short walk away from the train station, which makes it pretty central regardless of where in Nottingham you need to go. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although I dislike the insistent emails on the lead in to my visit trying to get you to check in online. Good job I didn't, as I arrived early unexpectedly and was still able to get a room straightaway, whereas I would have had a couple of hours to wait if I'd done the online check in. This is a decent chain of hotels, I've had good experiences in the past and this visit was also fine. Only real complaint was the absence of biscuits with the tea and coffee set up in the room - surely a basic human right.

KKW365A reasonably pleasant stay at this hotel with no problems in my 2 night stay other than a noisy person staying next door but that is no fault of the hotel. It is conveniently located right near the centre of Nottingham. Lots of scaffolding outside at time of visit but no noise during the night and no noise from people outside, though it was mid week and the room facing away from the street

PPengguna TetamuMy stay was for work and it was lovely. I slept really well in such a comfy bed.
I was disappointed by the spa area, the pool water was cold and the jacuzzi water was also cold and not even the slightest bit warm.
The breakfast was lovely with such a range to enjoy from. The food in the restaurant just seemed like it’s trying to be too fancy. For the price,there really wasn’t much on the plate and it could have been seasoned more. The bar menu gave more promise than the restaurant so was a shame to have a nice setting but the food just didn’t live up to it.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return to this hotel. The service was great and the staff were excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay!

MMillwall85Did have a small issue where i saw how dirty the mattress was underneath the bed, and also a bit of a service issue with the front desk seeming to just not want to be there, but for the price you pay you get what you get!
Former student halls so a strange setup but one i enjoyed.

BBenjamin ArthurA lovely place. We we're a bit iffy on sraying due to the rating of the hotel but after reading the reviews most were about the rooms being dated. Since we were only planning to be there for a night, who cares?
There was an issue with the booking from Trip.com's side which the duty manager Declan was able to resolve in a timely mannor while also making the wait very pleasant with some nice chat.
The staff were lovely, including the two young ladys on the bar/food service as well as Declan. Unfortunately didnt get the girls names.
The building is stunning and surrounded by lovely woods, perfect for a walk.
Rooms are a bit dated, sure, but why are you looking to spend all your time in your room? More than enough to have a comfy sleep in.
Also as a side note on that, id imagine It's a listed building and so hard an expensive to update.
Overall a lovely night and a pleasant morning having breakfast then a walk. Absolutely would recommend.
