Hotel Dengan spa di Callao, Peru

Bad smell when entering the room. Only 2 bottled water for 3 guests Good thing is complimentary buffet breakfast with choices, pisco sour as welcome drink. Free shuttle every 30min, but a bit far from the new airport

The hotel's location is super convenient, right at the airport entrance, literally a minute's walk away. Everything feels new. The lobby is nice, and they give you a coupon for a free Pisco Sour at the bar. What I didn't like: it was noisy, it's a big hotel, and there's always someone walking in the corridor; the windows in the room were very dirty; and most importantly, we lost hot water in the shower. I was actually washing my hair at the time! It was a complete shock. After a while, it came back on as a thin trickle, then disappeared again. And this is in a new hotel! Absolutely unacceptable! All the positives are completely negated by this.
