Super friendly and helpful staff. Easy walking to restaurants. Handicapped accessible room. Comfortable beds. The theater themed rooms were fun. Parking was easy. Georgiana was so helpful. We arrived during a rainstorm, and it was perfect for whiling away downtime at the base of the Meteora rocks.

The Alsos House provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Alsos House offers a pleasant stay in Kalambaka for those traveling for business or leisure. Famous local attractions Agios Stefanos, Monastery of Varlaam and St Vissarion Holy Metropolitan Orthodox Church, can all be reached with a short walk. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Kalambaka hotel features parking on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service.

We stayed here overnight on our road trip back from Skiathos to the UK after passing through Meteora several weeks before. The views are amazing from the shared balcony/patio area at the front of the property and the owners are super helpful when recommending places to go nearby and how to access the monasteries etc. An easy walk down into the main town with its many bars and restaurants and a short drive to access the bigger monasteries perched atop the rocks. Wow The room was large and clean and had everything we needed included a small fridge and large bathroom with hot power shower. Would definitely recommend

The hotel exterior looks like an old monastery and overall looks amazing and clean. It is located not far from the center of Kalampaka and only some kilometers away from Meteora. Swimming pool is a great addition but unfortunately not able to use due the bad weather conditions. Staff is very kind and helpfull always smiley and friendly. The room that we had, had balcony with view to the Meteora. It was very warm and clean. New and well decorated with comfortable bed. The only negative was the bathroom and especially the shower which looked old and not well preserved. Also the amount of amenities was not enough for two persons. Wi-fi was working properly everywhere in the hotel. Breakfast was overall great in the lobby area with view to the pool. Personal opinion is that a local addition would make it excellent and also an addition of second type of cheese and some turkey and bacon. Our experience was great and we hope that we can visited again in the near future. It is highly recommended

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The furniture is old and badly maintained, making the room feel uninviting. The mirror in the room was broken, adding to the sense of neglect. There were also lots of mosquitoes in the room, making it hard to relax or sleep. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had, with limited options and poor quality. Additionally, the WiFi didn’t work at all. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Чайников в номере нет , после 23:00 кофе чай себе не сделать
Сауну посетить или хамам , по записи и не более получаса - на а 7 евро
Бассейн посетить - 13 евро - нонсенс для 5*
Позднее заселение в 00:00 сторожем , по всей видимости , отобрали паспорт , так как не в компетенции сторожа проверить бронь.
Отель как вокзал для больших групп на одну ночь. В общем , подумайте , в Метеоре есть частные отели в которых будут гораздо гостеприимнее чем тут
К персоналу , вообще нет претензий

Meteora is a very special place in the world that everyone should experience in their life. Thank you very much for all the hospitality. PPengguna TetamuGreat place to stay when visiting Meteora; the staff is very friendly and gives you advises how to get to the Monasteries and the surrounded areas. The rooms are ok; for the price you get a good place to stay; clean and comfortable and well located; seems far from the train station but is not a bad walk and you get to see places where you can eat and get stuff.
