I would surely recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was good. Especially to the front desk person staff names Srijita who attended to me and my family. She made our check in and check out abreeze. Another staff named Rengasri whose customer service is excellent. Both of them made our stay comfortable and pleasant. We had two rooms and everything was well take care of. I am glad that Marriott has such staffs and should be recognised. My family and I is extremely happy with the stay.

A budget friendly hotel in a prime location with access to many eateries and shopping centers. I keep coming to this hotel regularly for their price and courteous service. The hotel manager and all front office staff are warm and friendly. The rooms are generally clean with neat bathrooms. As a. Business traveller, i visit for 6-8 days to trichy in a month and i have chosen to always book in this hotel because of their good service.

A couple of days back, we had arranged a get-together at the hotel. A few days before the party, we contacted the guest relation manager, Patricia, for assistance. She was very polite and helpful. And although she was away on a pilgrimage on the day of the get-together, she co-ordinated with the banquet sales coordinator, Suganthi and made the necessary arrangemets. Our thanks to Suganthi. The tables were set out well in an adequately lit area. The food was great, as was the service. Our thanks to the two smart gentlemen who waited on us. The ambience was superb. The Chef arrived at our table to get a feedback on the cuisine. All the guests enjoyed the food, service and ambience. Overall, a great evening we'll spent. A special word of appreciation and thanks to Patricia for her dedicated service. Thanks to all.

First of all, the name is correct. I had a great view of the Rock Fort from my room, and I was only on the 1st floor! The rooms are clean and spacious and quite comfortable. There is even a fridge with a minibar (although I did not use it). Not that generous in terms of complimentary items, but adequate. There is a restaurant on the ground floor (this is where breakfast is served) and another on the roof top. Menus are extensive but optimistic! Nice view, but bring a torch if you want to read the menu. The front desk staff are helpful in making arrangements but (at least with one of them) do be alert that you get the right change.

We had two rooms. Nice rooms. Very good Indian Breakfast. They gave us extra mattresses to accommodate our bigger group (of course charged). Overall good stay and everything was in working condition except the AC (low power). Given there was no fan in the room and all the utilities will start working only when you put the key in the card slot after you arrive in the room and the low AC power, it was a little stuffy for the entire night.

The hotel delivers on all it promises. We stayed on 3rd floor. Room size was adequate, bed linen was clean and bathroom fittings were high end and well maintained. Hot water availabilty in the shower 24X7 was great. Staff are helpful. We got car parking inside the hotel premises itself. The restaurant in ground floor was good. We had booked through agoda and got a deal of Rs 3700 for a night. Righr now, the road outside the hotel is blocked on both sides for some repairs elsewhere and you have to enter the wrong side of the road to access the hotel.

The overall experience was amazing! Good was excellent ! Staff was extremely supportive! Thanks to hotel blossoms for giving us this extremely great experience with comfortable stay and excellent start of the year in peace!! I definitely recommend this property to everyone who wants to visit trichy!

We just stayed for one night. We arrived about 9:00 p.m. and left the room at 11:00 a.m next day. We were three adults and a four-year-old in this room for a night nap. The room was adequate for all four of us, with one master bed and a little bed. The air conditioning was excellent, and I spent 1100 for a four-person stay that I believe was well worth it. RO water is provided on the first floor Only minor problems I noted are that There is no dental kit, soap, or shampoo available. But it's not a big issue. When I controlled the trap water in the bathroom, there was a current leakage via geyser (i felt minor shock in my room), which I alerted reception about. I'm hoping it is fixed.

I want to share my mixed experience during my 2-night stay at Hotel Mayas with my wife between 7th April 2023 and 9th April 2023. First let me highlight the positive sides of it. Check in was smooth and Fast. AC Double Room that we had booked was specious enough for two people, We have coffee Tea maker with adequate Coffee/tea sachets as the case may be. Quality of bed was good, the washroom was neatly maintained with hot water ever available. Housekeeping was also very good. Complimentary Breakfast provided was very tasty. Now let me come to the Worst experience my wife and myself faced during the stay. On 7th April 2023 after an extremely tiresome visit to Srirangam Temple, Dialed Room service [ Number 100] from my room 301, three times at about 9pm. No one picked up the call. I called the reception mentioning that No one is picking up the call at Room service. Reception person said that someone from service will call. After a minute, a person from Room service called me. When I was telling my order he cut the call abruptly saying that he will call me back and never called me. After two minutes again, I had called reception who said that restaurant is busy, and I have to wait for a minimum of 15 minutes for Room service and the supervisor told him to inform me. I went down and saw the Geethanjali restaurant at that time immediately when the receptionist called and found to my surprise that hardly 3/4 people sitting inside the restaurant. So, it is very clear evidence that Room service team and the receptionist lied to us and not interested in providing Room service to me. With tiredness we went to a nearby restaurant and had our dinner. We felt disgusted by the treatment given to us by Reception / room service treatment on 7th April 2023, in providing the Room service. Hence, we did not use their restaurant for dine in / Room service during my period of stay, based upon this experience, except for the Complementary breakfast. You can avail the Complimentary breakfast and Please avoid Room service as they will give you the worst possible experience. Better to have food in other noteworthy restaurants nearby [ Mayavaram lodge for tiffin / new Madura Hotel for meals]. Hence, I am rating this as 2 as for the price they charge this is not the service they should be extending to their customers. I sincerely hope this review is read by Mayas Hotel Senior Management as well.

Complimentary Buffet breakfast in a calm & open air, had peaceful breakfast with Coffee
