水晶水屋，坐擁迷人果凍海，環境乾淨衞生。水屋房間佈置精美，推窗可見碧海藍天，讓人彷彿置身於夢幻的世界。在這裏，還可以免費浮潛，體驗海底世界的美妙。水屋老闆熱情好客，服務周到，還會提供專業的浮潛指導。雖然旅行中我和夥伴因不擅水性而受傷，但水屋老闆貼心地為我們包紮傷口並做了妥善處理。總之，這裡是一個非常值得推薦的好地方。 The Crystal Water Villa in Semporna, Malaysia, boasts a charming jelly sea, a clean and hygienic environment. The villa's rooms are beautifully decorated, and the windows overlook the blue sea and sky, making people feel as if they are in a dream world. Here, you can also enjoy free snorkeling and experience the wonders of the underwater world. The villa owner is warm and hospitable, providing attentive service and professional snorkeling guidance. Although my partner and I were injured due to our lack of proficiency in swimming during the trip, the villa owner kindly bandaged our wounds and handled them properly. In short, this is a great place worth recommending.

Almost completed my 6N5D trip with my family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We had a great hospitality from the diving coaches but feel a great pity that the resort mgmt has wasted a great jewel and have not lived up to its luxurious potentials (maybe due to COVID and the resort had to furlough majority of the staff for over 5 months within the last 2 years and it has yet to recover). First, I was impressed with the photos seen on social media and decided to book this (supposed to be the BEST and most expensive resort near Sipadan) First, the jetty transfer in Semporna was smooth but there were plastic trash all over. If the company wants to portray a good image for international tourists, probably should first clean them up? Once arrived at Kapalai, the welcoming process was subpar. There was no receptionist welcoming us, and we were a bit lost. Since it is lunch time, we just straight dive into buffet lunch. Then, a staff clumsily come to offer a glass of diluted sugary orange juice and we were left there. After almost 1.5 hours, we were reached out by diving coaches about our program (the adults were taking advanced PADI open water, and the kids were taking junior PADI open water) Once we checked into the room, overall “hardware” appears nice, but after staying for 6 days some basic problems surface 1) No intercom/phone in the room - since we are at the far corner of the resort and it takes 10mins to walk to lobby, we sometimes need to call buggies. But we were only given a local phone number to call, and the mobile/cell reception is bad here 2) No proper shampoo and conditioner - for my ladies who have long hair, assuming this luxurious should have this basic provided but they don’t 3) Broken chair in the balcony and water dripping out from air condition unit In term of food at the restaurant, it was ok-ish but there are so many opportunities to let the tourists spent more. No wine, no ice cream and no a la cart ordering. The local store has limited daily necessities and it is essential to well prepared before coming. Lastly, for this type of resort, you will see the general manager walking around to ensure all are good in place. I have not seen it over 6 days and the receptionists all seems junior and lack of international experience/exposure to hosting well travel international guests. In term of diving experience, I can feel that the diving coaches and staff have done everything they can to put on a smiley face. My teenager girls have a GREAT experience on their junior open water (OW) experience (with Linda Ho, thank you!) but less so on the advanced open water. (AOW). I feel a bit rush on the AOW but don’t feel the knowledge has sunk in and that is a real pity. Something to be improved. Many of us really want to learn, rather than just get the AOW license in order to dive in Sipadan (need at least AOW to dive there). Ia sangat bagus. Terdapat sebuah pasar raya bertentangan, dan di belakangnya terdapat kedai Zhan Quanji yang berusia 60 tahun. Ia terletak dalam jarak sepuluh minit berjalan kaki dari jeti, pasar makanan laut dan tempat-tempat lain. Hotel ini sangat bersih dan mempunyai dapur berkongsi. Anda boleh membeli makanan laut dan memasaknya sendiri. Bos dan isterinya juga sangat baik Sesetengah pekerja boleh berbahasa Cina Jika anda mempunyai sebarang soalan, anda boleh bertanya kepada mereka. Secara keseluruhannya, ia adalah pengalaman hebat yang jauh melebihi jangkaan saya.

Pada hari pertama, kami menaiki bot dari jeti ke rumah air pada pukul 12 tengah hari. Lebih kurang sepuluh minit. Rumah air itu terletak di selatan dan sangat dekat dengan tanah besar. Boleh dilihat terus. Terdapat sebuah pulau besar di utara. Terdapat dua pusat peranginan rumah air yang berjalan selari antara satu sama lain di sebelah timur dan barat. Butiran lain ditunjukkan dalam rajah. Tidak dapat melihat matahari terbit di atas laut (dihalang oleh rumah air lain). Pada hari berlepas, anda perlu mendaftar keluar pada pukul sepuluh pagi dan menaiki bot. Ketiga-tiga hidangan adalah bufet. Ia sangat cerah pada siang hari, jadi lebih baik pergi ke dalam air selepas empat atau lima petang. Selepas makan malam, tidak banyak yang boleh dilakukan. Sea Star Perfect resort. Perfect location. Perfect staff. Wonderful owner, ERIC, who has great PR 👍🏻. Staff is respectful and friendly. I cannot ask for more. Highly recommend Sea Star Resort. We bought a 3D2N Sea Star Resort package. It included a return transfer by van from Tawau Airport to Semporna boat jetty which took almost 1.5h, a 10-minute boat ride to Sea Star Resort, a whole day of island hopping and snorkelling, all meals (breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner 👍🏻), free usage of inflatables, transparent paddle boat and snorkelling gear and unlimited supply of drinking water. The room is very clean and spacious- had a king size bed plus a day bed. Bath area was spacious and attractive. Really love this place very much. Look at the video I have attached! Air conditioned, good internet connection and extended balcony. Food is local buffet style. We enjoyed all our meals there. You will get an assortment of dishes. For dinner, you get good large prawns 🍤 and fish👍🏻. Tea is special- besides 2-3 types if local cakes, you get an endless supply of banana fritters which are very addictive 👍🏻 The sea water around the resort and beyond is crystal clear. You can always see the marine creatures in the water. From 4pm, use of inflatables, transparent paddle boat and snorkelling gear are supervised. Very kind staff who are ever ready to lend a helping hand. We are grateful to Eric, Gordon, Amsyar, Lisa and all the Sea Star Resort staff. We will be back! Di bandar Semporna, saya rasa ia cukup bagus. Anda mesti menempah bilik dengan kawasan yang lebih besar dan mempunyai balkoni. Rakan saya menempah bilik kecil tanpa balkoni, hanya tingkap dalaman, dan hanya dua katil apabila masuk. Ia sangat, sangat kecil dan sangat tidak selesa. Saya tidak mempunyai sebarang jangkaan untuk hotel di bandar, tetapi sarapan pagi di hotel ini sebenarnya cukup bagus. Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, bertentangan dengan jeti Selepas seharian meluncur ke pulau, anda boleh turun dari bot dan berjalan terus ke hotel, yang sangat mudah.

Kemudahan: Resort ala taman! Percutian yang sempurna! Ada kolam renang! Persekitaran penginapan sangat cantik, hiasannya juga bagus, hotel ini sangat bersih, jauh lebih baik daripada hotel yang saya pernah menginap sebelum ini, dan sikap perkhidmatannya juga sangat baik

總體來説安全安靜乾淨，在小漁鎮裏是屬於不錯的選擇。但是入住的時候把我安排到了悦榕莊，差價大概有50RMB每晚，當然要看每晚的價格浮動。跟工作人員溝通後管家把差價退給了我。院子裏有好幾衹流浪貓，會給他們餵食物。早餐説實話高油高碳，咖啡幾乎相當於糖水，不太吃的慣。但是住宿的體驗是不錯的，很乾凈，比較私隱。
