The staff at the lobby and my agent ms Chen assisted me all through out of my stay is very pleasant and accommodating . From the 1st day no hassle I was advise and informs of all good features . i like that they offer welcoming guest like water , soap , fresh towels . I would like to come back again this coming holidays with my family. Over all experience is splendid and classic experience. My parents room is very extravagant with 2 rooms my daugther 8th birthday is very successfull and kids really enjoy the swimming pools .

The only aspect I appreciate about this hotel is its location; otherwise, I'm not a fan. The staff do not seem particularly friendly, and I was initially checked into a room type that I did not book. I’m unsure if this was intentional or not. When I inquired with the staff, they provided me with unreasonable explanations that I found unacceptable. The building is often very crowded, and the breakfast area is consistently filled with people, yet there aren't enough staff members to clean the tables or manage food preparation. Additionally, I noticed some staff members were simply chatting instead of attending to their duties.

Great location, clean, and no frills. The wifi here was fast. It’s a great hotel if you want to spend a couple of days in BGC. The rooms are small but clean. I wish there was a proper seating area in the lobby instead of benches. The rooms are so small that you really only want to sleep there. The seating area in the lobby would allow guests to unwind outside of the tiny rooms. The laundry service used by the hotel is also great - same or next day delivery for a reasonable price. Will definitely come back. I hope they maintain the cleanliness of the hotel.

Best hotel experience ever. One night stay is not enough, we may have to book longer stay next time. Superb service!
One thing though, for breakfast you may need to add more options. Probably, add other Filipino dishes like tocino, longganisa and Champorado so other foreign visitors may experience Filipino breakfast cuisine.

The service and the people working there are so great. The room is great. The food is also very delicious. Also try out the restaurant Tea for Two that is on the ground floor. If only the one thing the can be better is for the rooftop pool. You need a voucher to use this. So dont forget to ask for this before using it. Or else you can go all the way down again to ask for this.

We had an amazing overnight stay at Thompson, Booking was incredibly easy, and their prompt and detailed responses made the process smooth from start to finish. Jen even went the extra mile by meeting us at the lobby and personally assisting us to the unit. The unit itself exceeded our expectations—it was spotless and smelled fresh, with clean and comfortable sheets that felt better than a hotel. They provided everything we could need and more, including slippers, toothbrushes, towels, complimentary water, tea, Coke, and cookies. The XBox was a fantastic bonus that added to the experience. The air conditioning was perfectly cold, and the cozy comforters made our sleep absolutely delightful. The two queen-size beds were spacious and a great value for the price. Check-out was as hassle-free as the rest of our stay, making the whole experience seamless and relaxing. This place is a hidden gem, and I can’t recommend it enough! We will definitely be coming back.

This is a condo but labeled as a hotel and the items in the condo, including the bed look like they come from the TikTok shop towels very thin and blankets, and the bed also were uncomfortable. Over all the condo was very clean. Gentle man behind the counter also very dismissive while the host were genuinely nice. Overall it was an okay stay for bgc.

Clean building, clean apartment, superb location! The building is right across Mc Donald’s which saves our mornings as my daughter only eats pancake for breakfast. There’s also Max’s and plenty of restaurants, supermarket (Marketplace), pharmacy, mall, banks just walking distance from the apartment. The apartment where we stayed is also nice and the cooling system is really good. Fabulous place.

Breakfast is in my opinion not at the level of a 5 star hotel.
The return trip to the airport appeared to be a different car then the one which was actually ordered.
The hotel itself is beautifull with excellent facilities.

CChaeleesiHad a great stay at Hotel 101 with my friends! We booked the Happy Room for 3 adults and 1 kid, and it was just right—clean, comfy, and enough space for all of us. The location is super convenient, which made getting around so easy. Definitely a plus!
The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the buffet experience. The food was good, but the staff serving it didn’t seem in the mood—parang si ate wasn’t feeling it that day. 😅
Other than that, everything was smooth, and we had a fun time. Would still recommend for anyone looking for a chill and accessible place to stay! 😊

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a great experience! First of all, the location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shopping places around, and it is also convenient to travel. The room was very clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bed was very comfortable, which made me fully rested.
Self check-in with the code was very convenient, and the hotel's gym and swimming pool were also well maintained, which was a good place for me to relax.
Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and hope to stay here again next time. Thanks to the hotel team for making me spend a great holiday!

PPengguna TetamuI stayed here for a couple of hours before an early morning flight. I figured it wouldn't hurt to stay at a cheap hotel since I was checking out at 2am. However, instantly regretted it since hotel cleanliness was a bit iffy. But with the really cheap rate (less than 2k), I guess you get what you pay for and if you just want basic accommodation, this might be perfect for you. I arrived at the hotel at about lunch time, but they said that if I wanted to check in early (2pm is normal check in time), then I would need to pay extra, the extra they wanted me to pay was almost the same rate as their daily rate (basically just 100 pesos cheaper). It was kind of insulting as it was only 2 hours earlier and most hotels don't charge extra for a 2 hour early check in or at most, a top up of half a day's rate. So it felt really unreasonable that they were asking almost the same day's rate. Anyway, they let me leave my luggage at the hotel while I roamed around until check in. They also ask for a cash deposit of 2000 which can't be done via card, so heads up to the people who don't have local currency or cash. My room had an odd smell, like someone has been smoking in it even though smoking wasn't allowed in the room. I had to open the windows to air it out. There was also hair and flies in the bathroom. The flies would land on to the towels which made me doubt the cleanliness of the facility. I was honestly very paranoid staying here. I don't know if I would stay here again, possibly if I am desperate and short on cash, but likely not again during the pandemic as I am quite unsure of how much they clean the rooms exactly. However, this is probably much better than the cheap motels as there was no sleazy atmosphere and most of the people I saw who checked in were travelers like me who are probably heading into the airport as well. The location is pretty near BGC, about 5 minutes without traffic to SM Aura and 30 minutes to the T1 NAIA. It seemed pretty safe, there was a 7-eleven beside the hotel as well.
