Hotel Dengan Spa di Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand

The floor in the bathroom is slippery, we have asked servicing department and front desk to give us a bath mat for 3 times before the staff can understand.  There was a large company to have team building in hotel during our stay.  Therefore they occupied most of the beach club, having party in beach club until 1:00 am.  Since we are staying in the deluxe seaview room,  we are highly disturbed by their music (noise)!  It is not convenient for calling grab unless you paid additional 120 baht and order in advance.  Breakfast is just average and we have to queue up some times to get our coffee and food since there are more than 100 guests but only have 2 coffee machines and not much food counters.

My first room had an issue with the air conditioning—it had a bad smell—but when I requested a room change the next day, the staff promptly addressed the problem, and my new room was much better. I really liked the big window in the room, which allowed plenty of natural light. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. However, I would recommend the hotel pay more attention to the air conditioning units. Although the ACs are new, some have an unpleasant smell that could be improved with better maintenance. Adding window nets would also be a nice touch for better ventilation without worrying about insects.

So, as it was our first trip to Hua Hin, we needed somewhere central, and this hotel couldn't have been any closer to Bluport shopping Mall. Literally located adjacent to Bluport on Soi 100/1 - this hotel gets a 10 out of 10 for location. There are green baht buses that you can catch from outside Bluport to the other mall called Market Village for 15 baht per person. If you cross over the road to the opposite side of Bluport, you can catch a green Baht bus to Khao Takiab beach also 15 Baht ride. I would describe this hotel as budget to mid range and although clean, the decor is a bit dated and tired looking, especially the main reception area. The room we had was perfectly clean, and although the decor looked better, there was still a bit of a dated feel to it. The room has a mini fridge and tea & coffee making facilities, complimentary bottles of water, replenished daily. The mattresses are quite firm, but that suited us. The towels would benefit from being replaced with new ones, but they were clean even if they didn't look it. The reception staff were friendly but could do with more training on being customer solution focused. We enquired about hiring a car and both of the ladies we spoke to were not that helpful and never got back to us with any car rental information. The breakfast served was varied, and I found the staff in the breakfast room very attentive and caring. A good selection of Thai dishes, western breakfast ingredients, cereals and fruit galore plus some traditional Thai sweets which was an added bonus for us. The pool area of the hotel is very nice with a limited number of sun loungers which were quickly claimed by our fellow German travellers! Not a problem for us since we didn't intend our holiday lounging around the pool all day. Too much to see, do, and experience for us. 😀 Overall, I would say this is an okay to good hotel and great for a flying visit. If I were staying longer. I think I would be looking for something a little bit better.

There is a night market nearby, but unfortunately it is across the railroad tracks and you have to go the long way around. At the water park, my child could not use the floatation ring I brought. I wish they would at least let us use the type of floats that attach to our arms. The rooms are clean and the children like the playful bunk beds.

Additionally, the availability of bicycles added a nice touch, allowing guests to explore the surroundings conveniently. While my overall experience was positive, I believe there is still some room for improvement in the front desk service. As someone working in the same industry, I noticed that a more polished and efficient approach from the reception team could further enhance the guest experience. Nonetheless, Wyndham Resort delivers a high standard of hospitality, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Dry good experience here. It was our 4-5th time visiting Amari huahin. The location is so so but the service quite great. This time I just known that the best club belong to the hotel is our office service due to non-negotiated with the land owner.

My stay at the Marriott Hua Hin was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The resort’s beachfront location offers breathtaking ocean views, and the lush tropical landscaping creates a serene atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and luxurious amenities. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to assist. The pool area was a highlight and plenty of loungers for relaxation. The hotel's direct beach access was convenient, and the on-site restaurants provided excellent dining choices. Overall, the Marriott Hua Hin delivers a perfect mix of luxury and comfort, making it ideal for me. I would highly recommend it for a memorable getaway.

Came here for a company outing, and the hotel staff made our stay exceptional. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed and well-cared for. Highly recommend for a memorable experience!

Really fantastic hotel. The staff are very pleasant and lovely. The location of the hotel is perfect nestled inbetween the city market and the old night market. If you go out the hotel and turn up soi88 you will get to the local market also within 5 mins. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to the old town beach (you can walk in less than 10 mins). However, the best beach is behind the Marriot hotel, just across from the Grand Hotel. Breakfast is really good and fresh and offers both European and Thai options. The fried eggs are cold tho, so you have to ask the waiter to heat them up. The swimming pool is nice too. Only downside is some of the guests 'reserve' sunbeds then disappear for hours, leaving other guests without access. Overall great place to stay and definitely want to return. All the rooms have sea view!

They don’t speak very fluent English, so you may need to use Google translate with them. The facilities are excellent. There’s a restaurant right there on site. There’s a mini Mart. There’s a couple of more restaurants within one to two minutes walking distance and a fruit stand right around the corner. Plus there’s a refrigerator in your Hotel room. However, the only downside is, there is no coffee kettle, and they do not provide you coffee.

A non professional service. Very slow both check in and check out. It is not a 5 starts resort compare with other resorts I used to stay. Room outside is not clean - full of leave on the floor. Turn down bed is not as expected like other 5 stars hotel. This resort used to be Six Sense but when Sheraton took over, they cannot maintain the room and service as it must be. Too bad…not a nice experience.

The hotel was well located and the staff were very friendly. The garden view studio was big and comfortable, but a little dated.

這裏不是華欣，距離華欣打車半個小時，車資在400泰銖左右，可以和前台説，他們會幫你叫車去華欣。我沒有去，因為酒店已經足夠安靜和度假了。帶泳池景的房間，推開門就是小泳池。早餐是訂單式的，泰式，西式還有摩洛哥早餐，品種簡單，能吃飽。酒店門口就是7-11，很便利。房間數少，人也少，所以適合度假，不要出去什麼半日遊，度假就是從一個自己待膩的地方去一個別人也待膩的地方，發呆放下煩惱。

ที่พักทำเลดี ติดทะเล สงบ ใกล้ถนนคนเดินริมหาด ห้องพักแนวรีสอร์ท กว้างขวาง เทียบกับราคาถือว่าคุ้มมาก ติดนิดเดียวคือ เสียงคอมพ์แอร์ดังเข้าห้องเยอะไปหน่อย โดยรวมคุ้มค่ะ เสียดายยังไม่ได้ใช้สระว่ายน้ำ

1. You need to train your restaurant staff immediately to no lie on non-sense issue. 2. Breakfast Hygiene 3. Cleanliness of in-room pillow especially the big grey one. 4. In-room amenities. If anything or all are on request, MUST inform it clearly. 5. Re-use in-room slippers : by your property level, you should not use re-use in-room slippers. Furthermore, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your resort. The level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care exhibited by your staff members exceeded my expectations and made my experience truly memorable. ห้องพักเป็นส่วนตัวดีมาก เป็นธีมแคมปป์ปิ้ง บรรยากาศดีมาก จัดสรรพื้นที่ได้สวยงาม พนักงานใส่ใจดีมาก อาหารเช้าอร่อย จัดดี รู้สึกได้ถึงการใส่ใจในการทำ แม้ห้องพักจะไม่มีทีวีหรือเครื่องเล่นเพลงในห้อง แต่ไม่รู้สึกว่าขาด ชอบบันไดปีนขึ้นชั้นลอย แข็งแรง มีพื้นที่ใช้สอยด้านบน อาจจะเหนื่อยสำหรับบางคน แต่ส่วนตัวไม่มีปัญหา สถานที่ไปตามแหล่งท่องเที่ยวอื่นๆได้สะดวก ขับรถไป 10 นาทีก็ถึงทะเล มีน้องหมาคอยต้อนรับ อยากไปกลับไปอีกเมื่อมีโอกาส

Found this modern sleek looking hotel while making a night of stopover for our road trip. Great view from the pier of the hotel and the food is awesomely delicious! Definitely worth a stay!

ห้องกว้างมาก โรงแรมอยู่ติดกับโรงเรียน ตอนเช้าจะเสียงดังหน่อย เป็นแรมที่ไม่มีลิฟท์ จะเหนื่อยหน่อยเวลาพกกระเป๋ามาเยอะๆ อยู่ใกล้อ่าวมะนาว 7-11เยอะ แต่ต้องเดินหน่อย 3ทุ่มจะเงียบสงบมาก เหมาะกับการพักผ่อน โดยรวมถือว่า โอเค

ที่พักดี และสะอาด แต่จำนวนผู้เข้าพักน้อย ทำให้การบริการอาจจะบกพร่องไปบ้าง ได้ตึกที่ไม่มีลิฟท์ ทำให้อาจจะไม่สะดวกสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ

บ้านพักน่ารัก อยู่ริมถนน หาง่าย บ้านพักสะอาดมาก ๆตรงปก แต่ด้วยความที่เป็นบ้านไม้ อาจะมีเสียงลั่นบ้างเวลาเดินค่ะ มีอุปกรณ์ ถ้วยชามให้ยืม สามารถนั่งกินอาหารที่ระเบียงบ้านได้ มีส่วนกลางให้ใช้งาน

โรงแรมค่อนข้างเงียบ ทะเลช่วง สค.เงียบสงบดีค่ะ วันที่ไปเข้าพักเป็นวันธรรมดา จึงไม่ค่อยมีคน อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือก 2 แบบ คือ Breakfast หรือข้าวต้มเครื่อง พนักงานบริการดีมาก ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ส่วนแม่บ้านที่ทำความสะอาดก็น่ารัก อัธยาศัยดี ถ้ามีโอกาสควรไปพักที่นี่นะคะ ราคามิตรภาพ

I had a pleasant stay at Thur Hostel in Prachuap Khiri Khan. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived at 2 AM due to a delayed train, and the person at the hostel was waiting for me to hand over the key, which was greatly appreciated. The location is very central, and the room had a nice balcony with great views.

ที่พักสวย ทั้งตัวที่พักโดยรวม และการตกแต่งของห้องพัก ต้นไม้เยอะ ติดทะเล แต่นิดเดียวคือเป็นทะเลที่ชายหาดจะมีหินเยอะหน่อย อาจจะไม่ถึงกับนอนเล่นที่หาดได้ และวันที่พักคลื่นค่อนข้างแรง ในห้องพักอุปกรณ์ต่างๆครบครัน ห้องน้ำกว้างมาก อาหารเช้าดี ไม่เยอะมากแต่ของที่ให้ดี มีชีสบอร์ดแบบย่อมๆให้ทาน โดยรวมถือว่าสวยงาม ได้พักผ่อน แต่ก็ขับรถไกลเกือบถึงตัวเมืองประจวบ ก็จะแอบเหนื่อยนิดนึง ถ้าได้ราคาดี ก็อยากกลับไปอีกค่ะ

ทำเลเงียบสงบมาก 7/11 ใกล้สุดประมาณ10กม. ห้องที่พักอยู่ๆ กระจกแต่งหน้ากาวหลุด เศษไม้ร่วงเต็มโต๊ะเลย ยังดีที่ไม่ร่วงลงมาทั้งบานไม่งั้นงานเข้าแน่ อาหารเช้า ไม่แย่แต่ก็ไม่ถึงกับดีมาก พนักงานบริการดี มารยาทดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสทุกคน

Schöner und sehr liebevoll gestalteter Ort. Wir konnten hervorragend entspannen. Sehr langer und einsamer Strand, tolles Frühstück und sehr gutes Essen abends im eigenen Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal.
