Hotel dengan Khidmat Ambil/Hantar di Chiang Rai

The hotel was really nice and clean. The room was really nice. The staff was also friendly and helpful. They have a bike that you can borrow to ride around the area.

The Heritage Chiang Rai Hotel and Convention is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel offers ample parking for cars and motorcycles. Its location near the town center makes it convenient for exploring, yet it remains calm and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers great variety, adding excellent value to the overall experience. Definitely worth the money paid for such comfort and quality service!

Excellent location, quiet and yet a short walk from everything: bars, restaurants and massage shops surround the hotel and the night market, Saturday market, clock tower and bus station are all very near. The breakfast buffet was decent for a hotel in this price range. The hotel itself is like stepping back in time. It would have been very classy 35 years ago, but now the elegance has aged. The control panel next to the bed no longer turns on music and you have to work out what the other controls do. (e.g. the switch marked ”TV” operates the bedside light.) Rooms are large with a decent bathroom with a proper bath. I stayed there twice, in a Superior room (the lowest level) and then a Deluxe. While the Deluxe had a few tiny improvements in fittings, the main advantage was having a decent number of power points. The Superior had no spare power points whatsoever in the bedroom, just one in the bathroom. Fortunately, the maid was able to give me a power board. (She didn't know much English, so I showed her a picture of one on my phone and she raced off and got one.) Then I was able to plug in everything via the socket the TV uses. The pool is strange, cold and stark, surrounded by concrete walls and situated on the ground floor. It's not even obvious how to get to it! There's one entrance through the restaurant and another from the second floor down a big flight of stairs. The only real negative is the wifi. It's atrocious and extremely weird. I had multiple devices connect to the same access point, yet get directed by DHCP to different routers! My phone always connected to one that worked (slowly), but my other devices would mostly get connected to one that didn't do anything. Of course, the front desk staff had no clue what was going on. Broadband on your phone in Thailand is cheap (150 baht/month for AIS 4G) so it's not the big deal it once would have been.

Hotel molto bello e molto pulito, personale gentile e cortese (ti aprono la porto, ti prenotano Uber, ti chiamano in camera per svegliarti quando sanno che hai un’escursione). Ottimo per il senza glutine, io sono celiaca e mi hanno fatto pollo, verdure e patatine per pranzo e per la colazione dei pancakes con miele, oltre a succhi, frutta, yogurt ecc Se vi trovate a Chang Rai consigliatissimo!

My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The location is very nice and convenient, with easy access to public transportation options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Additionally, I found the room rates to be quite reasonable, providing good value for the price. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a good balance of quality and affordability.

Biliknya sangat bagus Biliknya luas, katilnya empuk, penghawa dinginnya sejuk, bersih, dan dilengkapi dengan sangat baik. Sarapan pagi disediakan juga. Buat bilik demi bilik supaya panas. Dan ia berhampiran dengan menara jam. Berdekatan dengan banyak tempat untuk dilawati di bandar.

We have stayed here 2 times in 3 years and it has been perfect both times. It is quite, clean, and the employees are very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Excellent location as well. It is well worth the money.

The rooms are very clean. The breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast. Their service recovery was also fantastic. They immediately come over to the room if you have any issues and rectify it immediately. The owner also will be at your room it till the problem is rectified. The owner are very nice and humble. I will recommend these place for relaxation.

Really good and comfortable hotel right in the center of Chiang Rai, within easy reach of the night market area. Large and spotlessly clean rooms. most of which face the nice hotel pool area. Excellent wifi, free small minibar with some drinks and snacks, and very friendly staff. There is a huge menu for breakfast where one can order unlimited local and international dishes. I highly recommend this hotel.

I can no longer remember how many times I have stayed at the hotel. It is still our favourite, even if it is small and a bit old-fashioned. Even so, the river, the pool and the location are still my favourite places. It is true that there are other hotels, more luxurious, modern, with more facilities, on the river that can offer the same, but they are much bigger and always noisier. The rooms at IMperial are super spacious and we have everything. The only thing I would like is that at least, after having stayed there almost 10 times, we feel like they should be a little bit more attentive with us trying to provide the room we like and make our stay even better. Even so, we will continue to go there and Chiang Rai will remain one of our favourite destinations and places.
