BUT NO SHOWER! Thanks to the shuttle dude to circle back for me at 10:45pm, and pm desk clerk for helping. Nice room, nice bed. Funky tv remote was sporadic. The water didn’t divert from the tub faucet to the shower head. Barely a dribble. I had no time to call maintenance as the front desk suggested when I alerted them. NO SHOWER! That’s a good 50% of the need for a hotel over a box in a field. The other is the bed. A bathroom, esp the shower! I’d like compensation!

MMacDouggalI used to live in the northwest Chicago area, now in Missouri and Hong Kong. I fly in snd out of ord 3-5 times/yr and this is my new favorite place. Easy to ord, Chicago, west and nw suburbs. Everything is 20 min. Hotel is large enough for good amenities— restaurant, bar, gym. Rooms are huge, clean, good water pressure in the shower. Beds and pillows are comfortable Highly recommended from a world traveler.
