Hotel dengan Khidmat Ambil/Hantar di Pantai Miami

Great hotel but parking can be an issue. All in all, great experience.

Tempat yang sangat selesa. Segala-galanya di dalam sangat bersih! Bumbung yang menakjubkan! Sangat dekat dengan lautan. Hotel ini mempunyai kafe yang bagus supaya anda boleh bersarapan pada pukul 8 pagi dan bergembira di bar sehingga petang. Kakitangan yang sangat ramah dan sopan. Bilik bersih. Saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Azem Anvar, yang bekerja di kaunter penyambut tetamu - sebagai pembantu peribadi, dia membantu mana-mana tetamu dengan apa-apa soalan, seorang lelaki muda yang sangat sopan dan berbudi bahasa adalah wajah hotel ini.

The Meridian Hotel is very well located, impeccably clean, with lots of vegetation. It has a nice chill-out room and a decorative swimming pool. That said, it is a little overpriced. The staff at the front desk could be friendlier.

The gentleman at the front desk was on his first day and was absolutely on point for a brand new employee as well as extremely polite. Check in was quick and the manager helped expedite the hotel keys. Overall great experience start to finish

My husband and I just got back from celebrating or 24th Wedding Anniversary in Miami (our first visit here) and we chose this adorable boutique hotel. WE are so glad we did. The staff was very kind, helpful and welcoming. Fabiola & Bryan (Front office staff), Jemay and the other amazing waitress (so sorry her name escapes me), and Hector (bartender) all went over and beyond to take great care of us and made us feel like we were family and right at home. The house keeper(s) we had really kept our room very clean, and well stocked with washcloths, towels, and clean bedding. The view of the garden from our room was beautiful. It gave us a relaxed and tropical vibe. Another perk is the beach is right across the street! All guest can use beach chairs/umbrella's as a part of their stay! lastly I must say, we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was in the restaurant at the hotel as well as the drinks. We ate at the hotel most of the week because the service and food never disappointed! We would stay here again, and even bring our family/friends.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The day we arrived (Oct. 8th) the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The countertops and stove in the kitchen had not been cleaned. As we continued to get settled into the room we hear the air conditioned come on. OMG!! The air-conditioning unit in the room was so loud it sounded like an industrial engine in a factory. It woke us up every night so needless to say we didn’t get much sleep. To add insult to injury, while trying to sleep I felt something on my head. Thinking it was a roach I jumped up and turned on the lights only to realize it was the “pleather” headboard that was peeling and falling on my head. The worst part about it all was the lack of response from the hotel staff including the Manager, Jose Pita. I immediately addressed my concerns with the front desk clerk the night we arrived and asked for another room as this room was not satisfactory at all. The receptionist proceeds to tell me that she couldn’t help me and that I would need to speak with someone in the morning. I waited until the following morning to address my concerns with the next person on duty. That young lady (Ruth) was the only pleasant person at the hotel. She stated she would have someone check out the AC unit in our room and if it couldn’t be repaired she would move us to another room. I explained we would be out the entire day and would return around 5pm that afternoon which she replied, “no problem”. As we returned from our day of exploring Miami I approached the young lady at the desk (her name was Hynah) to inform her of the conversation I had with Ruth and she proceeds to tell me that they would not be moving our room as Ruth had stated. She said “All the AC units sound like that”. When I asked to speak to the Manager she told me he wasn’t there so I asked for his email address. I sent the Manager (Jose Pita) a lengthy email detailing my experience in an effort to see if he could resolve the issues at hand for a paying customer. I never received a response from Mr. Pita. As someone who is a Corporate Exec in the hospitality industry and stays at hotels 150+ nights a year across the gulf south region this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. If I could give this a ZERO I would. I am going to make sure I let all of my colleagues and contacts know never to stay at this hotel EVER!!

If you are looking for a location i the middle of Miami, this hostel is the best. 5 mins walking to the Beach and 5 mins walking to the malls and restaurants. The place is very much packed with solo travelers, the price is good. Hot water all the time, AC in the rooms, very clean bathroom and rooms. The Kitchen is pretty small for the huge number of the guests. but clean and practical. Cameras are everywhere. They have a seating indoors and outdoors. I would come again, but maybe book a double room, instead of sharing, because of the number of the guests. No privacy at all. But other than that its very practical - 20mins away from the airport. I would add one important thing - which is the Language Barrier. Mainly they speak Spanish, so keep that in mind, and come prepared. Summary, the hostel was very practical and i would come again .
