The room was a bit old but it is very clean. The breakfast is great.

The room is green and spacious. Nice hotel for Family and friends. I like the bathroom that’s quite big.

This property should not be marketed as a hotel. Check-in took over 45 minutes because front-of-house staff were waiting for back-office confirmation, despite our OTA booking already being confirmed by email. It set the tone for everything that followed. The room itself was superficially clean but poorly equipped — no linens, no bathrobe, no minibar. Basic amenities you would expect from any hotel were simply missing. The in-room phone was also broken, making it impossible to contact reception. The pool was dirty and clearly not maintained. There was no service anywhere on the property. What is most concerning is that a 350+ room property had no duty manager on site until 11pm. When we entered the room, we immediately asked for a refund within five minutes. We then spent nearly an hour speaking with front desk staff who said they could not do anything until the manager arrived at 11pm. The promised call never came. We ultimately did not stay and rebooked at the Novotel instead. In reality, this operates more like a poorly managed Airbnb than a hotel. If you are looking for an Airbnb-style stay with minimal service, this may work. If you expect even basic hotel standards, avoid it. Oakwood and Novotel nearby are far better options.

A big cockroach in the room. Luckily it as close ti the balcony door so I opened it and the it left the room. A lot of dust on the shelf. The fright is not clean inside. The balcony was full of bird poop. The bar on the pool floor was closed. The card doesn’t work for elevators, anyone can go any floor.  Worst exp possible in my life.

This hotel is closed the main road, easy to find. A room is clean and comfortable to sleep. Reasonable price also.

The room is spacious, clean, and well equipped with complete amenities, making the stay comfortable. The breakfast could be improved, as the food selection was quite limited for the price.

When I checked in, nobody told me smoking wasn't allowed. The next day, nobody mentioned it either. Then, on the third day, when I was checking out, they suddenly told me the hotel was non-smoking and fined me 2,000 baht. There were no clear 'no smoking' signs in the room. We were actually smoking outdoors on the balcony.

Nice view and facilities, location was great but the amenities such as a little soap and shampoo can’t not refill.

Not much things nearby. Need to book grab alot to travel around.
