Ulasan S Sriracha Hotel & Residence

The hotel is very close to the mall with facilitates relatively new and good for its price range. All rooms are basically facing the ocean. There js a shop selling condoms and food and tea and a vending machine selling drinks. The disadvantage is that it has no conditioner.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was quite good, and the staff were helpful and polite throughout my stay. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to Central and Robinson, which made getting around very convenient. The breakfast was okay with a decent variety and suitable for a simple morning meal. The only downside was that the swimming pool was not available during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was satisfactory and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Room was not very clean there were hairs and dust on the floor and had to ask for cleaning the next morning，shiwer head was not functioning properly and had to be replaced.

Downsides: THEY MOVED THE FITNESS ROOM. I found out when I was there, no prior notice. That was such a pity bcus I rly look forward for the beautiful seaview gym + technogym. But they are now moving it to another side, no seaview, very strong sunlight in the morning (not for morning people at all). The staff said they moved the room to replace with new meeting/conference room. THAT WAS THE WORST DECISION. Also, the bathroom is really smelly. Not that it’s dirty but rather bad ventilation or drainage system. (ROOM 0403) Good sides: good location, near Central Sri Racha and hospital. They have shuttle service to the Central (but no idea how to reach them to get back, we walked back instead - we were a bit scared but the distance is not that bad)

Nice location with quiet environment. Nice views from the balcony to have a whole pictures of the sea. Room are tidy and clean, definitely worth it during the stays in siracha.

I was truly impressed with the service provided by the staff, the cleanliness and convenience of the room, as well as the delicious and diverse food offered at this hotel. I also really appreciated the prompt assistance from the front desk staff in resolving issues, and the excellent coordination and support from the Trip.com team who called to help manage my booking. I would definitely stay here again, and I’ve already recommended this hotel to my friends, relatives, and acquaintances. Without a doubt, I will book through Trip.com again.

Facilities: Excellent, the rooms are well-appointed. Cleanliness: Looked very clean and fresh; the bedding, including duvet covers, appeared quite new. Environment: Beautiful and tidy, offering ocean views directly from the room. Service: Attentive and thoughtful, staff proactively inquired about guests' needs.

We had a great time there. Clean rooms. Good views. My kids still have been mentioned to me about how they enjoyed when we were there.

New and nice hotel with sea view, nice location which is just next to the beach. Abit walking to mall but still fine!
