Alexis Pool Apartments

I can’t recommend this place enough. Ok so the rooms are basic. But it’s everything you need . Showers are very powerful. Very clean & got clean towels every other day. George , his family & staff are super friendly. The pool area & bar is fantastic!! Would definitely recommend & go again. Location is perfect 😍

This was my fourth holiday at the hotel and it was just as good as the others. The hotel is in a great location, it’s cleaned daily (thank you Lilly and Christina), there are plenty of sun beds, the rooms are comfortable and the staff lovely! Mario, George, Mary, Endella and Reneel made us feel so welcome again. This place feels like home! The hotel looks splendid after it was painted over the winter and added bonuses for this year are more food in the bar and the wonderfully talented Hannah Heart performing a matinee and evening show (the latter an ABBA with Laura, who has a great voice and patter too!) We love Alexi. It’s the people who make it special. Many guests, like us, return time and again. We’ve made some great friends and memories here. Thank you, Alexi!

This place is amazing. The staff & owners are great, the location is great. it's 5 minutes walk from the main *****. Now I'll preface this by saying, If you're expecting an upmarket plaza then you will be disappointed. If you want somewhere clean, basic & lively then you will love it, even the guests are great, it just has a certain vibe about it. I will definitely be returning.

Our family had a brilliant 10 day stay at alexis pool apartments. Everyone from George the owner, all the bar staff & cleaners are so friendly and welcoming & can't do enough to help. Appartement was cleaned everyday, pool bar has an excellent selection of snacks, drinks & Ice creams. Ignore any negative reviews! Anyone who's been to Greece knows the Greeks don't really do self catering, so yes the kitchens are basic but you don't go on holiday to eat in your Appartement & why would you when you've got countless bars, restaurants & shops a few minutes walk away. Sidari ***** is a few minutes walk away so the Appartements are perfectly located so your close to everything going on but not to close so you can hear it, with sidari beach & Canal d'amour a short walk away there's no need to travel far from everything you need on holiday.

The beds are horrific so uncomfortable had to double up mattresses and even then like sleeping on a floor,cleaners were very good but litter and rubbish all around the pool,seemed like they had their own private party at the weekend with no consideration for their guests..pool not overly clean either 1st time of staying wojldnt think of staying again

Wasn’t sure what to expect after reading some reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Yes the beds were hard (I thought it’d be a problem but not at all). Rooms were basic but had all we needed. Room only had a a hot ring so cooking in the room would have been challenging but food is good value so not an issue. We ate out every night. Food and drink at bar was a good price. Location was great, close to the ***** but far enough away that we didn’t hear a thing. We’d heard about music very late but it only went on after 1am twice (might have been as it’s later in the season). No sun bed wars which was fab. Some people did leave towels out but plenty available and were comfy (esp the *****ed ones) Hosts were friendly. Air con was €8 per night and the safe was €3 I’d happily stay there again

This was my second stay at Alexi and it won’t be my last! What makes the hotel special is the family atmosphere and the feeling that you’re part of it. Many guests have been multiple times and that adds to the familiar, friendly feel. The hotel is really well situated, slightly back from the beach and ‘*****’ but only a couple of minutes walk away from both. An advantage of its location is that you’re a little way from the crowds and lively atmosphere of the resort. The Hotel is great value and our room was most comfortable too. I don’t sunbathe much but there are plenty of loungers poolside. The bar serves very good food (thank you Endela!) The owners Marios and George are lovely lads, as is barman Renil. Last summer when we stayed there were afternoon shows featuring the highly talented Hannah Heart, the big evening attraction on The *****. She is superb! My wife and I love Sidari and love Alexi Pool! We’re back in September - and we’re counting down the days! Thank you all very much!

This apartment complex does exactly what it says on the tin. Really good location, very friendly staff, room cleaned daily, pool area kept spotless. All in all it offered excellent value for money . The only little thing I would improve is that they do not accept card payments.

We had a superior studio with pool view from Friday 21st April for 7 nights. The hotel was basic but great. You got everything you needed and nothing you dont. The cooking facilities were only a ring, a fridge and a kettle, but who wants to cook on holiday anyway, especially when they do a cracking breakfast downstairs for only 4.5 e. Food was only available for breakfast or lunch but it is only a short walk to the town where there is a huge choice of bars a restaurants for your evening meal. The quality of the food available was brilliant. The rooms were cleaned daily and this made me feel that our room was spotlessly clean so much that I was happy to walk around in bare feet. The mattress was a bit hard, but I've stayed in Sidari before in a different hotel and found the mattress to be hard there too, so maybe its the norm in Corfu. It didn't stop me getting to sleep. There was a single sized wardrobe and dressing table area with stool and mirror. There was also a mirror in the bathroom over the sink. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. The towels were changed every other day, where the sheets were changed every 3 days. The pool looked very inviting but unfortunately due to the time of year it was far to cold to actually get into. A couple of guests braved it but they didn't stay in long. I tried but only got as far as one step in. It was freezing, but the sun was nice enough to spend some time on the sunbeds around the pool. The staff were all brilliant, so friendly, but we found this to be the same around the whole town. The staff could not do enough for you, nothing was a problem. As far as location goes, we felt like it was perfect. Only a couple of minutes was to the ***** but far enough away to be quieter when trying to sleep. There was a supermarket about three minutes walk away, where you could get absolutely anything you might need. The draft beer in the bar downstairs was really nice, and only 3e a pint. We cant praise the place enough and agreed that we would definitely come back again.
